Service before a sale is great. No help after the sale. Spent nearly $4,000 on hardware. Ordered a brand that was supposed to be fast - 2 weeks. Now sitting at 11 weeks. Great store, excellent job service. Only store in town that had the door threshold I needed. They have been in business since 1855 and should be around for another 100!

If you need hardware there's not much they don't have if there is any they don't. Gotta know it's there however because it's out of view from beaten path. It is a specialty shop however. You won't leave empty handed if you went to buy. Lots to look at
