The guy was not Cary nice at all.. all I call for was to see if they have a fan in stock so I can have my hvac guy go get it because he was in the hospital at the moment.. the guy hang up the phone on me.. not good at all .. I will never buy anything from there or have anything from there in my house and I will report them to better Business Bureau..

Had my blower motor part, but does not sell to the public in Omaha. You must have an account with them. Other Johnstone locations in the midwest do sell to the public, but not any of the Omaha locations.

This place was great, but this location closed. As for Dr. Ricard's review -- he went in and they GAVE HIM WHAT HE NEEDED FOR FREE, AND HE ONLY GAVE THEM 4 STAR! What is this world coming to?
