This review is not for the store itself but the customer service I received from ordering online from this company. I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes that came a half size too big.
First they do not notify you of anything happening after they receive your return. You get an email that they received it and that’s it. I had to contact them to see when everything would be processed. Well that can take 4weeks! And I had to find that out via the chat box on the website as the first initial person I was emailing did not email me back for a week.
So I wait the 4weeks and don’t hear anything. I email to see once again what’s going on bc I haven’t been notified of anything. They respond that they refunded me since the shoe wasn’t available. I check and they did but it’s not the full amount. Doesn’t cover tax, shipping and they take an extra $7 for using their return label. So now I’m out money and the product I wanted regardless of trying to exchange. I would never buy online from this company again.

I can’t express how dope Heaven and her manager were when I was doing my Christmas shopping & needed some convincing it’s okay to splurge on yourself this time of year too. 20/10 customer service.

I went with my friend to look for a specific pair of shoes she had been looking for. I didn’t catch the name of the salesperson that helped us but she was wonderful and ended up ordering the shoes for my friend. She has red hair and was extremely friendly and great at her job. She made our day!

I thought about getting two socks one for each foot then realized that maybe there will come a time where I'll only need one sock as only one needs to be replaced, this could increase my chances to go shopping, however they only offer a five pair but plenty of time for shopping

I had called to have more information about returns or exchanges not realizing that they weren’t open yet. Even though it was before hours they still answered and were beyond helpful, the lady was super nice and helpful. 10/10
