We njoy going to kids Journeys cause we could still fit kids sizes and their always less expensive as well and we get coupons in the mail sometime and able to use them. Customer service is normally great as well.

This has consistently been an excellent store for many years. One of the things we enjoy doing for our grandchildren is taking them to get "cool" (we used to say "hip" lol) shoes. We first stopped into Journeys Kidz about 6 years ago after standing around in another mall shoe store and being ignored for 10 minutes. Journeys kidz was a true breath of fresh air. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they treated the kids like their feelings mattered. All these years later and we STILL get the same excellent service and great, long-lasting shoes. With such a shortage of good help in Omaha, often times businesses have to hire whomever they can. Any business could learn a lesson from what they are teaching the folks at Journey's Kidz, because they have had winners working there every single time we have been there. I should also mention that because we have an endless supply of grandkids lol we have become very aware of the other merch (that's what the kids call it) in the store. There are Adidas shirts, shorts, and jackets. There are great prices on socks in several different colors and sizes. There are hard-to-find plushy toys and backpacks, and we have bought them all lol. In an era where online shopping is eating the competition alive, I sincerely hope this store wins out in that battle because of the fine people and the good quality products.

Before we leave, the manager writes on the receipt that if we have any problems with the shoes, even if they have been worn, we are t
