First off there installer did nothing short of amazing, the terrible thing is that K-designers will not help you when you have a problem w manufacturing defects on windows... the production manager (Ken) will barely acknowledge you and when he does, he can't get off phone fast enough with you... I regret ever straying away from my pellas and trying something different. Do not buy from this company or you will regret it!.. once again the installer himself did amazing and they didn't even give him all the parts they were supposed to!... THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!

The sales rep lied about installation. We were told windows would be installed from the outside and the would fix any issues with framing. I wanted 3 individual windows in the kitchen to replace the 3 that were there instead they brought in one large piece. I was charged for 5 windows but only received 3. There was no discussion about a giant window in the kitchen. The rep said it would be separate windows. The only slider I originally wanted was for the living room. I wanted to keep the look of the 1920 craftsman style. I will not be using this company for anything ever again.

Salesman very professional, haven't got the windows yet, hope installers are as pro fessional as the sales rep. I used to sell Anlyn duel pane windows, so I will be watching closely with high expectations....I'm hoping the windows are air tight and to some degree sound proof (hopefully 80% or so)....expected delivery is mid November. In California we could by law only ask forb10% up front, or 1000.00 down, which ever was less. I was a cash buyer and surprisingly they asked for half up front (8000.00), the other half at completion. If the installation is good, they will be worth it. I am getting 9 windows and a storm door, I'll let you know their promptness and how the project comes out...*UPDATE"....John, the installer, did a FABULOUS job!!! I used sell windows for years, and I knew that the most wonderful windows in the world didn't mean a hill of beans unless the installer did a great job. John went above and beyond, being very conscientious and meticulous! Thank you K-Designers!!!!!

I had my windows replaced. Already I have noticed my house is cooler on hot days with AC off and warmer on cold days with lower thermostat setting.

We had a great experience with the sales representative, Linda. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our window installation was done in a timely manner and the clean up they did was perfect. I can already feel a difference in my house as the temperatures are changing outside, it finally feels comfortable inside without the heater kicking on all of the time. We are very pleased with our new windows.

This company is a pure scam. I had them come out for a quote to replace my windows. During the initial call/screening, I was promised that they had multiple programs to help qualify me for free windows. As I was explaining this to the gentleman over the phone he continued to reassure me that this was in fact true and that his Marketing Manager would be able to walk me through the steps and which programs I qualifed for at my site walk. So we scheduled. As soon as the Manager got to my house I asked about this and he said that multiple people had told him about the same Ad I had see but that it was in fact not true at all.They are liars and cheats. DO NOT USE.Yes, I knew there was most likely going to be an issue as the initial call unfolded, I wanted to see how it played out and if there was any smidge of a truth to his lies. There aren't. Don't be fooled or scammed. Be aware! Sharing to educate.

Because I originally bought a screen door from them and now it's broke after 20 years, they can't sell me another door, which is what I wanted. The matter had to be referred to customer service. Guess what, customer service never called. Stupid!

Window installation, new doors with the storm door to match the color of my windows, and exterior remodel were done. I changed the color from white to a tan with a navy blue on the outside to border the window for something different. Then black shudders were custom made! Makes my house look completely different. I love it!

My first appointment got canceled 10 minutes before they were supposed to be here.Second appointment he showed up early and the people that took my appointment didn't let him know we wanted windows AND siding. He wasn't prepared. He took 3 hours to do his whole dog and pony show with demonstrations and yammering. Multiple times he badmouthed other companies, talked about discount if we advertised for them. Came back to my house 2 days later uninvited after a text conversation giving him the info and pics he needed, but still showed up at 9PM, let himself into my garage and knocked on my laundry room door. After he left he stopped in front of my house, got out and proceeded to take the EXACT SAME PICS I already sent, at 9 at night. After letting his manager know, they cut 30k off their quote even though their salesman still hadn't shown us the windows or the siding we wanted, and only wanted us to change our opinion of what we wanted. Ridiculous.

Fired my salesman for their mess up. Then had the nerve to offer him an interview because his "resume was outstanding". Worst turnover. Definitely a management problem

I got my windows and trim installed in April; the trim fell off in May, & they didn't come out to fix it until July. Less than 30 days and I was having issues already, but this is supposed to last for years? After they fixed the poor-quality work that was done, it fell off again. They came out and fixed it within the next few weeks. The guy that came out told me that he also fixed another part of the trim that was falling off. My thought was that this has got to be cheap material or poor-quality work for this to be happening so soon. Then when I went outside, I saw that he put nails in the trim to hold them up (I'm sure that's not how they are supposed to be for QUALITY work). It's October, almost November, and I still don't have my shutters for my windows. To add insult to injury they said that if I wanted to just omit the shutters, they would credit me $120...really! I have contacted their customer service on several occasions only to no satisfaction. I swear if I could get a refund I definitely would because I am totally unhappy. Not to mention the fact that they are extremely overpriced. The salesman that originally came out felt like a used car salesman and I felt obligated to get the work done because in all actuality, I did need it. The repair guy that came out admitted that I was overcharged and that I could have gotten them done somewhere else cheaper. I felt like a s****** I asked them if I could get some type of credit towards my account for the dissatisfaction and the incomplete work and they keep giving me the runaround. I've even attempted to email the higher ups to no avail. And again, to this day, I am still waiting to get the work completed that should have been done months ago. I've had to complain so many times and it's only been 6 months since my original install. I feel as if I have been bamboozled, manipulated, and taken advantage of and they are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate for their lack of customer support, timeliness, or dissatisfaction.

We had them put windows in our upstairs and take out a window. We absolutely love their work!!! Very friendly!! Highly recommend them!!!
