“We hired Tangerine designs for our kitchen remodel. This was our first big project and we had little idea of what we wanted or what to expect. Tiffany held our hand through the entire process. She offered suggestions and told us why certain elements would/would not work. Tiffany would stop by frequently to check on the contractors and make sure everything was going to plan which was comforting! Even during this crazy pandemic she made sure the project was moving along. 10/10 would hire again for any home project.”

“Once again I went to The Counter Top Shop for kitchen counters and had them do new bathroom tops for me as well. This is the third house I have used them for and they will do the next house that I decide to install new tops. The in-store service was fantastic, the on site service was fantastic, the product was great, and I was pleased with the pricing! The turnaround time was clutch as well! I'll be back!”

“Due to water damage we unexpectedly had to design a new kitchen. My husband and I feel blessed that Vicky Bauer was available the day we walked into the Cabinet Factory Outlet! WOW! Vicky was amazing to work with! She was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and all with a smile! Her follow through was stellar throughout the two-months it took for us to complete our final design. If you want customer service, that is no less, then excellent, she is your gal! “*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

“I stopped by Ferguson Plumbing Supply to try to find a supply line for a 17 year old Kohler faucet. Everyone was helpful. They called around and determined it was discontinued. Drew, in particular, went above and beyond spending time with me and brainstorming ideas in the hope that I would not need to buy a whole new faucet just because a supply line leaked. I really appreciate Drew's knowledge and customer service.”

“I highly recommend The Tile Shop! They have an outstanding showroom filled with many options to choose from and they are very easy to work with too! Shawn was my tile expert and I had a challenging smaller bathroom that needed to have a tile to coordinate with existing newer tile for my shower wall. After looking at several competitors, I finally found what I wanted at The Tile Shop. You won't be disappointed!”

“1000% Will recommend this place.. We walked in knowing full well we may not get to talk to anyone. We were just coming into look and get some ideas. We are in the building stage of starting the foundation. So, literally just looking.We were greeted by the nicest lady as soon as we walked in the door. She said hi, started a conversation and asked us what we were looking for. We told her we were just wanting to look around and get some ideas. She said okay, would you like a drink? Gave us a coke and on our way we were. There was no high pressure sales, yet no lack of info either. They sent a salesman out to simply answer questions we asked. He did not impose his opinion on us what so ever.They went ahead and gave us the salesmen's card who works with our builder and said give him a call when you are ready. We cannot wait to work with your company...”
