Long lines at checkout but once I got to the counter the process was very smooth and the gentleman assisting me was very pleasant and helpful.

Things have changed at kohls, thought I was at TJ Max but not with the prices, and they only had 2 cashiers tj max at least 5!

After browsing the reviews I realize my issue is nothing new. Seems to be consistent poor service from a lady working the returns / Amazon counter. I won’t go as far as to say she was rude but someone else said annoyed and that’s fairly accurate. Part that struck me as unnecessary was stating hoping they get rid of Amazon (returns) soon so she won’t deal with it anymore. Like, all I said was Hi ma’am and got her frustrations for returning my item there.

I hate the maze one has to go through to get to the check out. Ridiculous! And Amazon is now at the check out? Just wait until the holidays & the returns. I won’t be returning anything to Kohls anymore. Whole Foods is nearby. But Lisset in Sephora was very helpful! I appreciate her willingness to help me in between customers.

This isn't the fault of the store but I wanted to bring it to someone's attention. I brought up my item to check out with a nice older lady. There was an employee who was bald at the checkout next to her. She asked if she could take her final break and he snapped at her that "she should not bother or talk to him while he's doing a task." The way he said it and what he said was honestly the most DISRESPECTFUL thing I think I have ever witnessed. The bald employee wasn't working with a customer at the time either, he made her wait a bit before she could ask again and get the answer. He was on a complete power trip and I was shocked that he would do that in downtime while a customer was around. Definitely put a damper on my experience because I will be thinking about the things I should have said to him the rest of the day.... Really just sad to witness.

The lady working at the Amazon return counter is extremely rude and unfriendly. She aggressively told me that I had the wrong label and didn’t tell me how to do it properly. I also still said thank you for your help and she completely ignored me.

Right as you walk in there’s clothes all over the ground and nothing is folded, security tags were left on my stuff and employees were very rude when checking out

I love shopping at this store, however recently my mom fell outside the store and when we went inside to get assistance to bandage her cut, not a single employee could locate a first aid kit! I was certain a public store would have a first aid kit, if nothing else for the employees. Management at the time seemed more concerned with filling out some dang paperwork and decided to bandage her open, uncleaned wound with a heavy paper towel and some tape. Then another employee mentioned that several other people have fallen outside in that same spot!! Do better Kohl’s

One person at the checkout counter. No one at the self check out counter. Had an item with a security tag. After 10 minutes waiting g in line I just left without buying g anything. This is why so many people do online shopping. This store is a perfect advertisement for Amazon
