Be sure you can get to your kohls cash before you head to the store. During their new self check out and with an associates help we.never could find my kohls cash online. After 15 minutes we just gave up. So I lost $20.00 I could have used to lower my purchase price today.I hate their new self check out.Probably take my business to JCPENNEY.

Ugh. Google says open at 9. Yelp says open at 9. Sign on the door says open at 9. They are not open at 9. Decent selection when they're open.

The overall shopping experience is excellent. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing is extremely competitive. The products available are awesome. I do wish Kohl's carried things for pets, Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

This place always has a world full of apparel and most of the staff are friendly and pleasant to interact with and it makes shopping here, fun!We had selected two shirts but we wanted one size bigger of both. When we sought the help of a young male staff member, he in turn directed us to Bretta, who helped us find the right fit. She initially looked around the store to see if what we need was available. On realizing it wasn't there, she walked the extra mile.She made phone calls to the Kohl's stores at other locations and stayed on the phone line with them, patiently furnishing all the details they needed.She then updated us that one of the shirts was available at the 72nd while the other at the Oak view store.We drove from here (Papillon) to the 72nd, and to our surprise we found both the shirts (size) that we wanted, at the same location.If only the staff at 72nd were a little more proactive, she didn't have to call Oak view and this would have saved everyone's time.Thank you! We appreciate it and hail your 'Outstanding Customer Service!'The other two staff at the customer service counter were pleasant & helpful too.Bretta, you are a Great asset to this company!!

I like Kohl's as a store but today was not the greatest experience. I have two pictures. The price tag that shows $32.99 for Good for Life "poppin" button down shirt, and also a picture of the shirt that says it is Good For Life brand and it is a button down. There were three colors of shirt on the hooks all saying the same thing. This was the ONLY tag around these shirts and shorts on hooks directly below (as the tag also has shorts on it).At the register it rang up $40 not $32.99. I told her that the tag, and only tag in the area said $32.99 and even went and took this picture of the tag to show her. She said that this was a "Perfect Length" shirt and not "Poppin". All I know is that there were no "Poppin" shirts in that section with the tag and they were all the correct brand button downs. Instead of calling a manager I was made to pay the $40. Having worked in customer service a lot of years in almost every case like this, even if the shirt wasn't actually the same as the tag (which I think it was) it was the store that had the tag in the wrong place with the wrong price. Usually you will accommodate the customer for the store's mistake.$8 is not a lot but it's not my mistake and honestly I think the tag was in the correct place because the shirts were all the same and the correct brand of button down as the tag said. Bad experience.I will quite possibly look online or at other places when I need clothes for now.

Normally I don't have problems here and do frequently shop here. The last couple times they seem to have less carts then normal. Then this last time I went with a 3 yr old and they did not have any carts. Shopping for clothes without a cart alone can be challenging. When you have a young child with it is even a lot harder.
