They are unorganized at all and you may wait and end up with wasting a lot of time. No body asks “how we can help you today”, no body in the office, and they act like nobody cares. In terms of the prices, the prices are expensive and far away from being fair. No receipt for the parts, and a lot of details not clear about the charge. They will not give you the final receipt if you don't ask. Avoid this place. Fahad

Please stay away from this place, they will rip you off. I had a horrible experience at this place.The head mechanic charged me 170$ each for a rotor, and when I called the Auto Zone ( the same parts shop he ordered these parts from) said that the same rotor costs 49$, and when i told the mechanic that I have inquired about all the parts you put in my car for which you charged me 4 times more, he started to make excuses and did not have a valid answer for me, I warned him that I will post this and that it’s not how you supposed to be treating your customers. He still didn’t bother and charged me 620$ just for front break pads, rotor and front clippers. The initial price from the part shop was 218$ for all the parts. He manipulated the part prices and for his an hour labor he charged me 400$.* I should have inquired about the parts prices before going to this place as these people are not honest and will steal your money.I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Can't say enough good things about Tony or his garage. My family has been taking our cars here for over a decade (Hondas and Toyotas) and have always been treated well. His turnaround is quick, he always gives us straight talk about our cars, and his bills are always fair. Tony has been great about doing a head-to-toe inspection on any used cars we've been thinking about buying as well. Am living in Michigan now and really miss having a dependable mechanic like Tony around. Note: the garage is definitely off the beaten path so be sure to write down directions because it's easy to miss in the industrial section of Keystone Drive. Despite being a bit tricky to spot this garage is a real gem.
