Wrong dosage, late shipments, inconsistent directions in when to reorder, claims each vile has 100 cc which is not true. One vile didn’t even have the foil on it. More than two shipments have had expired prescriptions. Stay away, they are not a solid company.

Please honestly tell me what business opens after normal folks need to be at work, closes during rush hour and then NOT be open for at least a few hours on Saturday. Not to mention the location and horrible traffic to get there. Honestly pathetic. Only come here for the compounding item because we have to. Only convenient for the old, retirees I guess...

The Lady that works the front desk at the Kubat on Old Mill Rd,is very rude to customers on the phone. She needs to be fired. Apparently she has always been that way. She talks down to people and will not let you get a word in edge wise. She has not only been that way to me. I have witnessed her talking the same way to other clients. She really really needs to be fired.

I recently ordered a compound cream and was different in terms of effectiveness and consistency from what I usual get from another pharmacy. Disappointing!

Very poor management from the owners that took over from the Kubat family. Owners from the Precipio company have chosen to take a very unprofessional approach to business.

Charged us for respiratory machine even after we paid the machine off. Online invoices do not match up with what was deducted for payment.

Ordering CPAP and oxygen supplies is a nightmare, customer service representatives for the most part are not pleasant as if they are annoyed in their position. They never follow through or call back. I would not recommend this company.

I give a 2 only because lady i worded with was veery nice in the beginning. I went in for a C-pap and supplies for first time. They wanted to charge me for equipment. I said i had met my deductible and out of pocket max that i should owe nothing. They said i still owed some so i paid. Couple weeks later i noticed going through all my medical bills that my insurance paid bill in full plus they kept the amount i had paid that day. I have been trying to get my money back for almost 3 months ( 8 Calls) and nothing gets done even though they see i have a credit. In conversion with my insurance one day when trying to see if had any contract or anything with Kubat bc i wanted nothing to do with them. They asked what happed and i explained. They got pn phone with kubat telling them they cannot to this accept money from both. Its now 3 weeks since then still nothing. Just spoke with management said they are slow over holiday i said this has been 3 months. smh

The 3.2 average review seems accurate. The delays and mistakes I have witnessed are annoying. The "double talk" or what some would call blatant lies is unethical in a compounding pharmacy where trust is paramount. Having half of the company go out of business at this location has not helped. Kubats was a loved pharmacy, I remember getting my streptococcus meds when I was 6 years old.

I do not recommend. Save yourself the headache of dealing with a company with no follow through and no organization. Dealing with Kubat has been a nightmare dealing with my cpap supply needs and compliancy status. Almost a year of mix ups, and lack of clean supplies. Go somewhere else if at all possible.

Got a cpap Max in September. I’ve had to call them twice about mask leakage. Tried two different masks , still leaking. I told my pulmonologist about it and he wants to set me up for another overnight sleep study so they can find the right mask for me. So what is the point of Kubat if I have to have another sleep study to find out what mask work? They have never called to follow up. I think it’s time I go somewhere that cares!!!!
