  As not busy as they are.... they NEVER answer the phone but as soon as I pull in they are either on their phone or smoking outside. Ps. I only call for bait I'd rather drive to Venice and grab it.

  Bad service. Walked in and was immediately told to walk out. This has happened on multiple occasions to not just me, but others as well. The woman behind the counter told me I made her feel “uncomfortable,” as soon as I walked in. I refuse to give service to this Kum & Go, and any in the future. I felt not only dehumanized, but discriminated against as well. Will never be returning and I hope something is done. TERRIBLE.

  Came in this afternoon for some snacks, some lady came up beside me and started yelling @ the cashier, asking for her name. Pearl was calm and collected the entire time.I don't know the situation that happened before, but I've been coming to this Kum&Go for 16 years and really have never had an issue with anything.I know Pearl to be a pleasant & By The Book Associate. She follows the rules and her main concern is the safety of the staff and customers.The lady was TOTALLY out of line, interrupted MY peace and the peace of the customers in the store. Get over it lady, nothing is THAT important to flip out on someone just trying to do their job.

  Stopped in this morning for a cup of coffee on the way to work. As I walked in the store it was not overly busy which was nice but I have been here before when there has been plenty of patrons in the establishment. I was greeted by the cashier with a cheerful good morning sir which always is nice on an early Friday morning. Heading over to the beverage station I found it to be wellStocked with supplies with plenty of different varieties of creamers for your coffee. While I wasn't in the market for any breakfast this morning I did find that the food area had a wide variety of selections available for folks this morning. I have had the food her before and it very good and fresh. The parking lot was clean and free of debris and had a welcoming clean environment. Staff here is always great and super helpful.

  Employees are rude and very unhelpful. They have lost my business. Would recommend driving 10 mi to any other gas station before going to this one

  Place is stopped to close at 12 came at 11 on the dot. Lady came out and with an attitude said sorry were closed got in her car and drove away fixing us dirty looks

  Asked a question at the register about my card and the cashier was being rude and rushed me to pay when my card wasn’t working manager was just watching her be rude and didn’t correct her staffs rudeness at the time of the situation

  Pizza is awesome!! Friday night is the best deal in Omaha! And maybe the best too! Next time I'm going to ask they make cheese on pizza, toasted well!!!!
