I waited at least 2 weeks before I finally decided that a review was Necessary... I have come in Monday-Friday for 2 weeks now and it never fails every time I have come in there is absolutely no breakfast food made... it don't matter the time I have tired 7am I have tried 739am I have tried 8am I have tried 830 am. Every dam.n day I get let down and then have to go out of my way to go to a different gas station burning way more gas than necessary. I don't know how many times I have been in there to see employees sitting on their A$$ and no food even in the process of cooking. I don't know what has happened within the last 2 years but this location has gone WAAAAAY down hill. Ever since the new food was introduced people don't know what they are doing. When you do complain alls they do is excuse excuse excuse no accountability whatsoever.

WORST gas station there is , i went to get gas on my way home with my newborn and there was a sign saying ‘ back in a an hour’ so i waited , well i watched MULTIPLE people walk out the store when it was supposedly’ closed ‘ and i just needed to get gas to make sure i could get to work the next day , ive always been a loyal customer to kum n go since my car can only take e85 n thats the only gas station who sells it n this is beyond disappointing n honestly disgusted me , ill be sure to always go more out west , no wonder no one wants to be anywhere past 100th st anymore

Walked in at 12:05 PM 2/5/2022 sat afternoon and the 40 something male blond haired clerk was not wearing a mask even though we are in a mask mandate.

Very nice clean bathroom eXcept handicap bathroom had NO TP, YIKES...however...went back in today and it was REFILLED!!!

Walked in and nobody was at the counter. I waited 5 minutes before saying Hello in a clear tone of voice. A man came out and began to yell at me and antagonize me during the entire transaction just for me to simply pay for some gas. Worst experience EVER!!!

Being from out of town while running errands around Omaha, we had to make the unplanned pit stop along the way. Bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly, building was well kept. Wanted to give this place some kudos for breaking the mold of normal gas station expectations.

New menu sucks cold food and small portions. Used to be my go to spot for a quick breakfast fix but guess I will have to go somewhere else. Very disappointing

Every time I come here the lady behind the counter has a mask on, but pulled below her nose and mouth...... if you’re gonna make your employees wear masks have them wear it right if not what’s the point.

Tayla was awesome and def deserves a raise. I was having issues with my card at checkout in which I had to call Amex - who is working remotely from home and slower than ever - and had to retry my transaction different ways several times until it was finally fixed and approved. I was there at least 45 minutes. She was very patient and friendly to my daughter and I during this process - I was the one getting frustrated with Amex lol.

This is a great place to start the days. Breakfast is the best and Coffee it's always fresh. Customer service is the most important thing to this establishment. That's why I'll always come back. 10/10
