I bought a bottle of Coke because the ice machine was broken for a fountain pop. Paid went outside opened, and had a sip and if it was flat, there was no carbonation. I went back into the store and told the cashier, and he said he could not do anything since I opened the bottle.
Well, that's crazy! How would I know this bottle of Coke was flat. I even shook the almost full bottle in front of him. No fizz.
Well, I have now disputed this charge on my credit card and was refunded.
Not very classy on your return policy on selling flat soda for $2.79.
I called your 800 number around 8:42 on Tuesday evening, but i dont know what button to push to talk to someone. Pressed zero for the operator, and it wanted me to leave a voice mail. I did not. You have great employees, and the cashier that wouldn't help me with the Coke has always been a great guy and tries to go above and beyond to help me other times.
I will not understand his reaction when he wouldn't help me with the flat bottle of Coke. Just said more than once sorry cannot return if it's been opened. I drove specifically to your store after I was very close to a Casey's, because I like your fountain soda better. I just got done grocery shopping and was tired and thirsty and looking forward to your fountain soda. Understood ice machine being broken, just wanted a cold coke with carbonation. I hope you discuss your return policy with all your employees when it comes to selling a bottle of Coke next time. I would have dropped my dispute if I could have talked to someone.

I stopped in at this 95th Q St store yesterday. On the card reader I pressed no for cash back, then the No/Yes showed again and I pressed No again. Unfortunately I realized that I didn't approve the transaction. The clerk just blasted me with ""NO..NO.. YOU PRESSED NO AND CANCELED EVERYTHING AND NOW YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN!!""
This was so bizarre to experience. I went through with my one item purchase and he sounded a little apologetic when he asked me... "see you next time?" LOL. Maybe he was just having a bad day!

How long does it take for your employees to use the bathroom? It's been TWO HOURS since the first time I've tried to go in the store today. It doesn't take two hours for someone to use the bathroom. This happens daily. This is by far the worst location. Also, this store smells so bad.

Stopped by at 6pm on a Monday coming home from work to fill up. Gas pump was off. No problem maybe that one was just out of order. Nope! Every single pump in the place was turned off. No one was in the store either. Again 6pm on a Monday... Do not go here.

It was late in the night and I forgot my ID (I'm 34) the cashier (who said she was the manager) needed to see one which was not a problem. I apologized over and over again repeatedly, knowing her job is difficult, which she kept saying. She repeatedly said that people kept throwing a fit about her wanting ID'S, obvious a food idea to keep her from getting a ticket or losing her job. Unfortunately I kept trying to lighten her mood and agreeswith literally everything she said, but she was the RUDEST and most UNWELCOMING checker I have EVER uncountered... and I am 34!!!! I tried, I really did but she the least personable person I have ever encountered... I went to the car in TEARS!!! honestly this is the first review I have ever written!

Our car broke down in their parking lot and the assistant manager was so helpful and understanding about it! I'm coming back here just because of him! Tyvm for the wonderful help sweetie! ?
