Terrible experience today in this store. I went in for a special spring drawing, sunglasses giveaway with purchase and a few sales. I would not return to this location. Last fall the nicest people worked here. Today, although they weren't busy, no one approached me. I had to find an associate to ask if they carried my size, they don't in stores (only go up to 24) but they could order the items for me. Why would I want to buy clothes online from the store? They said for free shipping but with what their clothes cost it is not difficult to get to free shipping online. I had to wait at the cashier to get someone to open a fitting room. I only found a few tops and some exercise leggings to try on and they ended up being pretty frumpy. It had to have been 80 degrees in the store. I left there feeling disappointed for being plus sized when I went to a store that specializes in plus size clothing. I'm a Lane Bryant card member and will likely cancel my card and shop elsewhere going forward.

Had a return and was treated well. The clerk helped me with a bra fitting. I was completely satisfied.

Drove a long way to visit this store specifically and they were closed with no explanation. The hours posted said they were supposed to be open on store front and online. I wasted a lot of time and milage for a huge disappointment.

Great customer service. The attendant (didn't catch her name unfortunately) that was helping out from out of town was super! Finally got me fitted properly and found a comfortable bra. Decent sale price. Looks like a nice store. Will go back.

I’ve been to this location many many times for P/U primarily and the staff has been pretty cool but the recent change in hours puzzled me ! It’s either the Company needs to pay more money or they need to really find ppl for this location ! My husband picked up my order two days ago and I’m missing items but tried call last night no answer and today all day. THE HOURS HAVE TO IMPROVE ! we’re close to the Holidays and it’s ridiculous. If You want to close your stores at least Offer FREE shipping for your loyal card holders ! It shouldn’t be this hard. Thanks

I don’t know what has happened in this store but it is incredibly sad. No one speaks to you the entire time you are there until you get to the register and they have to. The store is an absolute disaster as well. The fitting rooms are wide open but they always have clothes in them partially hung and or on the floor and benches so you never know if it’s being used or just never cleaned out. There are mannequins left undressed and apart in pathways you are trying to shop. Clothes that are on tables and shelves are almost not shopable because nothing is folded or sized it’s just piles you get to sort through like it’s a garage sale. It’s dark, dingy and oddly quiet. If this had only been a one time thing that would be bad enough but it has been status quo for months.

I went to a Lane Bryant store in Omaha, Ne at the Oak View Mall (store #6827). One sales associate was behind the counter appearing to be unboxing shipment while the other was on her phone. I had my purchases in my hand, was on my way to the counter to check out, no one acknowledged me or prepared to cash me out so I walked around the store & out my items back in the shelf. You would think that if you see a customer putting items back on the shelf you may want to check up on them but apparently not.

Would NOT recommend this store. When I walked in I was not greeted. Both employees where behind counter on their phones talking. Neither employee spoke to me until I asked for a dressing room. Then one of them told me 2 was open. Tried on clothes but could not see very well because lights were out over most of the dressing rooms. Frustrated and walked out. Had 100 % better service at Torrids

They will not accept returns unless they still have their tags on. I've never been to a store that does this. Horrible company policy, especially when I washed a $45 shirt using the instructions on the tag and it came out of the wash looking completely faded and fuzzy. The dress I tried to return was unworn and unwashed, but they wouldn't take it since the tag was off. I still have the tag, it just wasn't attached to the dress.Clothing selection isn't much either-- you'll have to order online due to lack of stock in the store. The employees are friendly, but due to the listed reasons above, I will not go back here.

Rachel and Syd were nice and had great costumer service. But that awful person running the fitting room with orange/red thin curly hair was just rude. Not only would she not let me in the open fitting room but lied and said it wasn't open (wtf who does that). So after waiting 10 mins for the occupied room to be vacant, I went in and what happened.... I hear this women let someone in that fitting room! I absolutely love this company and it took all I had to remind myself this one wicked women is not the face of this company, so I purchased my things and went on my way. I'm glad I'm from KC because I can honestly say I won't come back to the Oak View Mall location in Omaha, Nebraska again.
