“I was in search of a cleaner to handle 2 wedding dresses, both purchased from Spain. One was worn for the ceremony and also worn in the ocean as a part of the ceremony. The staff was wonderful! Very kind and reassuring that they could help me rescue my daughter in law's dresses. They took a lot of care and time to explain the process, ask me what the goals and plans for the dresses would be and tailored a plan for our 2 dresses. First impression was wonderful! I can't wait to see how they turn out!”

“Absolutely stand up team at Owners Pride. Came in to have a scratch evaluated to have it repaired. They pulled my vehicle in, cleaned the area, and polished it on the spot. Asked if I could pay (despite it taking them only a couple minutes) and they said not to worry about it. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, but OP nailed it! Will definitely be bringing any future business here.”

“The Laundry Room has changed the game for me with their pickup and delivery service! If I travel and have a big suitcase to wash, or need my comforter washed and my dryer is too small, TLR promptly picks it up (in the bags they let me keep, and I reuse!) and returns it to my porch washed and folded a few hours later. They are friendly, reliable, and efficient - worth every penny!”

“Kailey did an outstanding job tailoring my wedding dress. The detail and precision she put into the dress was phenomenal. My dress was not the most simple to hem and tailor, as it had many layers, types of fabric and lots of sequins, but she made it, and all the bustle points look incredible. I highly recommend!!”

“Moved to Nebr 5 years ago and have used Tide Cleaners the whole time. If I did use another dry cleaners, it was only once or twice 4-5 years ago. In the last 2 years or so, I've stuck with this location which has been fine. Not that I ever had a problem with any other location.”

“As a long time customer, I can say for certain that Ameritex has the hardest working team. One phone call to Preston and his team about a missing wedding band that had been lost in a mountain of dirty hospital linen, a ring that had significant sentimental ties to his late mother and Preston's team went bove and beyond to make sure it was returned to the customer. It seemed an impossible task, but they made it happen. Thank you so much Ameritex!!!”

“I give 5 stars! Excellent customer service and excellent timing as well as they worked with me and my timeline! Tide cleaners was the only one who was willing to take my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding and get it cleaned pressed and back to me in that time frame. I even received it a day before I was supposed to. They put a rush on it for me. They also have cleaned various other items for us. Very pleased all around would totally recommend and we will keep using them.”

“I have been coming here for 3-4 months now and always have had a good experience, with the washers and dryers, the Reloadable Laundry card and even the employees. I can’t make out the name to well but last night I had something come up and wasn’t able to grab my clothes before they closed and I called and asked what can we do , and the lady on the phone said she’ll bag them and leave them in the office for me to grab. I come by today and another worker asks for my name and what my basket looks like and grabs my clothes for me and they are ALL FOLDED. Truly blessed and grateful for that lady last night and the kind heart both of these workers had. That is above and beyond for me, gestures like that mean a lot in this world. They have my business and loyalty. Love everyone here❤️”

“I love it, peaceful, lots of washers and dryers so there's plenty for everyone. They have seats around so you can sit and wait. Kid toys if you have little kids to occupy them. It's also spacious. They have tables to fold your clothes too and vending machines if your feeling hungry. Mornings aren't too busy so it's perfect. Just don't forget a batchful of quarters or you can use atm too :)”

“Haven’t had an issue yet! The only reason I won’t give a full 5 star is because I took some shirts in, ended up getting one back with a spot that wasn’t there, BUT I took it back and they took care of it with no hassle. But this is my go to spot !”

14210 Arbor St suite g, Omaha NE 68144
“As someone who struggles to self motivate, chores that involve a lot of start-stopping feel the worst for me. Laundry would fall behind, clean things would sit in the dryer, sometimes wet things in the washer, it was a mess, and definitely a point of contention in my relationship. Now, I pay ~$50/week. Someone comes and picks up my laundry at an agreed upon place. They wash it, and they get it back to me the next afternoon. If you have some extra money, and want to trade it for some extra free time, you should definitely consider HappyNest.”

“ATM and change machine, nice place nice lady working here. I don't understand why some women grab 2 carts, pile their purses and soap, then hang on to them for the entire time they are in here. You can really see what people are like when they actually hoard laundry carts ??”

“I prefer to wash my car myself after a mishap at an automatic car wash a while back and I was very pleased with Miracle Car Wash. $2 for a base wash. They had a change machine and also accepted credit cards. Vacuuming on site as well as trash cans. Pretty much everything you need for a quick clean up!”

“Pretty standard Laundromat, 24hr self service. They recently raised prices but still pretty reasonable. They do a pretty good job of keeping the machines and everything clean. There's gambling machines if that's your thing. Bathrooms are locked after hours.”

“My first time going to this laundromat, very clean and spacious! Leann was extremely helpful explaining payment options and their loyalty program. She was very patient and assisted me with the equipment. She also made recommendations on the size of machines and best setting for my laundry! Outstanding customer service! Extremely helpful and greatly appreciated! Well done Leann!”

“Unfortunately I have to come here because I'm having issues with basement pipes but one plus is Ellen. She's always approachable, friendly, repsecruul and very hard working. Still not happy with majority of the washers out of order but always clean inside. Thanks for making my last two visits pleasant.”
-
4961 Grover St, Omaha NE 68106
“The customer service I received here blew my mind! I was from OOT and they let me come in and do my laundry at 8:50pm. The doors locked at 9pm. I had to run an errand and I didn't make it back in time when the washer stopped. They put my clothes in the dryer for me without being asked. Top notch service. I would rate this place 11 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone I know! Outstanding!!”
