“Kailey is simply amazing. I needed alterations for too big of wedding gown straps, with an almost impossible ask of a 3 day turn around time before my destination wedding. Kailey was extremely accommodating and was able to make it happen. She came up with a practical solution of placing darts in the back of the dress which turned out seamlessly, as well as added cups for me. She was able to make me feel comfortable and beautiful in my dress and I am forever grateful!”
“The Laundry Room has changed the game for me with their pickup and delivery service! If I travel and have a big suitcase to wash, or need my comforter washed and my dryer is too small, TLR promptly picks it up (in the bags they let me keep, and I reuse!) and returns it to my porch washed and folded a few hours later. They are friendly, reliable, and efficient - worth every penny!”

Tide cleaners was the only one who was willing to take my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding and get it cleaned pressed and back to me in that time frame. I even received it a day before I was supposed to. They put a rush on it for me. They also have cleaned various other items for us. Very pleased all around would totally recommend and we will keep using them.”

“I have been coming here for 3-4 months now and always have had a good experience, with the washers and dryers, the
Reloadable Laundry card and even the employees.
I can’t make out the name to well but last night I had something come up and wasn’t able to grab my clothes before they closed and I called and asked what can we do , and the lady on the phone said she’ll bag them and leave them in the office for me to grab.
I come by today and another worker asks for my name and what my basket looks like and grabs my clothes for me and they are ALL FOLDED. Truly blessed and grateful for that lady last night and the kind heart both of these workers had.
That is above and beyond for me, gestures like that mean a lot in this world. They have my business and loyalty. Love everyone here❤️”

“I needed a large comforter washed that wouldn't fit in my home machine. I dropped it off to a very friendly staff member and picked it up the next day. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and how my comforter turned out.”
“This place is pretty low-key and someone's always around for help. Free WiFi, water fountain, and a bathroom? What more could a kid want while doing laundry? Say less; Five Stars. Period.”

“I love it, peaceful, lots of washers and dryers so there's plenty for everyone. They have seats around so you can sit and wait. Kid toys if you have little kids to occupy them. It's also spacious. They have tables to fold your clothes too and vending machines if your feeling hungry. Mornings aren't too busy so it's perfect. Just don't forget a batchful of quarters or you can use atm too :)”
“Haven’t had an issue yet! The only reason I won’t give a full 5 star is because I took some shirts in, ended up getting one back with a spot that wasn’t there, BUT I took it back and they took care of it with no hassle. But this is my go to spot !”

“As someone who struggles to self motivate, chores that involve a lot of start-stopping feel the worst for me. Laundry would fall behind, clean things would sit in the dryer, sometimes wet things in the washer, it was a mess, and definitely a point of contention in my relationship.Now, I pay ~$50/week. Someone comes and picks up my laundry at an agreed upon place. They wash it, and they get it back to me the next afternoon.If you have some extra money, and want to trade it for some extra free time, you should definitely consider HappyNest.”

“I gave 4 stars because all the machines worked well. There were a few things to note however. A lot of water on the floor & since it’s a small place with all the driers running it was uncomfortably hot but hey, with the water it was like a sauna. Clean clothes plus get your sweat on. lol. Prices are fair & $1.00 gets your clothes dry in most driers I used & I used 12. Doors close at 10 on an auto lock so don’t be inside or alarm sounds. 64th & Maple (old Kwik Shop). Might be a good idea to have soap. Not a lot there but it could have just been busy earlier that day. I’ll go there again.”

“The customer service I received here blew my mind! I was from OOT and they let me come in and do my laundry at 8:50pm. The doors locked at 9pm. I had to run an errand and I didn't make it back in time when the washer stopped. They put my clothes in the dryer for me without being asked. Top notch service. I would rate this place 11 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone I know! Outstanding!!”

She went above and beyond to help me figure out the right size washer and dryer I needed, and she did it with so much patience and kindness. She was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions without hesitation, and even shared how much she genuinely enjoys working at Wash World — which says a lot about the place!
It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. Leanne made the whole visit easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. If you’re ever unsure what machines to use or just need a little guidance, ask for Leanne — she’s the best!
