I just had one of the most profound experiences at Learning Express Toys and I couldn’t wait to share it. I have a close friend of 46 years who seems to benefit from those little “fidget”thingy’s and he’s always “flicking” it around but his finally broke.
(After 8 years! This was important to him!)
At Learning Express Toys I did my best to explain the little “toy” but my heart was breaking.
That is when a polite and respectful young man spoke up from behind the isle and offered me a SOLUTION!!! Turns out he had patiently been listening to me and said “Has your friend tried these?” Turns out he had not and now says they are the best!
I was truly impressed!

drove an hour to Omaha to purchase a labubu and found out they’re charging 3x the price. They’re deleting all comments, talking about the price on their Facebook disguising it as deleting “ Nasty mean comments” when simply talking about the price. The reason for the one star review is lack of transparency. They’ll also reply to reviews making it seem like they simply cannot charge less. Ended up buying a cheap squishy toy because everything there seems to be pretty overpriced. They say it’s hard to get on pop mart but it’s not really not, I just didn’t want to wait for shipping. Anyway, here’s my collection. i purchased for about $300. that would’ve got me three bubu’s here 😌

I have shopped here ever since they opened. I shop local as much as possible. Yesterday I went in to see and purchase a huge stuffed animal. I saw it on Amazon and was even $40 less but I was willing to pay more to buy local, since so many stores here have closed already. There were 2 people working and one was at the counter wrapping toys and saying how she had so much to do she couldn’t even go to lunch. The other gal said hi from behind the counter earlier, but then went back to looking on her cell phone. There were several customers in the store at the time. I stood at the counter to ask to see the animal, but the one looking at her phone never looked up, so I finally left after several minutes waiting. It’s just disappointing because this is one of a few places here that are specialty stores and you hope to have better service.

Basically resellers/scalpers in disguise. The price of the Labubus is absolutely ridiculous. Labubus through PopMart retail at $27.99, and Learning Express is selling them for $100 a piece. They are also incredibly vague on this pricing, with no signs in the store regarding the price or no posts on their social media that indicate the price. I’ve tried leaving comments about the pricing only for them to get deleted. They claimed they are the “only certified retailer in the Midwest that sells authentic Labubus”, but seem to forget that there is a physical PopMart in Chicago, IL (also in the Midwest). Not even resellers on sites like Mercari, Poshmark, etc charge this much. There is absolutely no reason the price should be this high, regardless of demand or whatever else bull reason they come up with. I’ve shopped here for many years as a collector but this is just insane to me. Defending this kind of behavior on their replies to reviews also puts a bad taste in my mouth. Take accountability for messing this up and try again. If you knew you were going to have to price them at nearly three times retail, why even make them available??? I will no longer be shopping here as this a blatant scheme to make a quick buck. Extremely disappointed.

I was super shocked with the price of Labubus today. I've been going to this store for years and have always loved their products and i've always know the prices are a little higher then other retailers but $100 for one labubu is sickening. Of course i wasn't expecting them to be sold for retail but 100 is nearly 3x the retail price. Literally no where online are labubus being sold for 100. Whatnot has them typically going for around 40 so please look elsewhere. So sad to see people being scammed into paying this price. And the lack of advertising on the pricing is really odd to me. Deleting comments and not even having a sign with the price in the store is just super strange, people werent even learning the price of the products until they were checking out. just seems very odd to me.

They are selling their labubus for 100$ per box. I had no problems paying extra for authenticity but 100$ even for one of their unboxed labubu is ridiculous. They are deleting comments from their socials talking about the price and do not have the price mentioned anywhere. Very unprofessional

They are selling labubus for $100. I figured they would overprice them and I was okay with that since i knew it would be real. They are having another drop tomorrow. On that facebook post they are deleting comments that included the price. I guess I just don’t understand why they are deleting the comments? So, I figured I would post here so that if someone is planning to go wait in line they know the price.

Totally shocked at the price of the Labubu’s. I wasn’t surprised to see a price increase, but 3 times the price at other places ($99.00), insane! It would have been nice to be given a heads up before waiting in the line for an hour. I’ll be doing more of my shopping online now!

Price hike on Labubus! I knew that it was possible the price would be higher than the $27 they sell them at Popmart, but I was certainly not expecting them to sell at $99 each. I was so flustered when she said the price I just panicked and paid. I wish it had been advertised at least in store so there were no surprises. I should have been suspicious when it looked like any comments on Facebook asking about prices seemed to be deleted. I did give a 2nd star because the line was handled well but I don’t think I will be returning to shop at Learning Express

My daughter and I love going to Learning Express to see what fun and exciting things they have in store! From candy, to Pokemon cards and our newest fixation on Fahlo items! We never leave empty handed. Customer service is also fantastic!

This is such a magical store! I had almost as much fun as my son. We came home with a 3D printed snake made by an Omaha local!
We came for the free sensory bottle activity but we were too late. They were kind enough to give us a spare kit to take home to build. I highly recommend this toy store. They have all the fun stuff!!

Just wanted to share a great experience at Learning Express. My son was asking for certain Pokemon cards for his birthday that were almost impossible to find and very expensive everywhere online. The staff was very helpful in assisting me, answering my questions and helping me find what I was looking for. They called me when the hard to find set was in and I was able to get it for my son’s birthday at a price that was way more reasonable than anything I had seen online.
