So, this place is on the Northside of Omaha so, when you walk in there's this maze you go through to get in the place to look at all their many products of hair for black women and hair dyes. They have other stuff as well and jewelry and oils nails after all they are complete women beauty I was in there with my wife and ask about the maze we just walked. These crazy people on the North side decide to sometimes steal and try to run out of the maze with out being caught but the camera caught them. Anyways it's a great store with plenty of help if you want it.

The clerks are always kind...I appreciate the way they greet you when you come up to the counter. I understand why there is only one way in and one way out. It's sad that people walk into an establishment and theft is their intention. When I shopped there today, I didn't feel like they where watching me because I knew I wasn't stealing. I think if you have that in mind your experience will be a positive one. I also love the variety of their hair products.

No knowledgeable people working there ,they don't speak good English an u can't count on them for help with choosing products.

This store has a large variety of wigs, but I paid $80 for a wig that was no good within 4 days. I cut it into a bob to make it last until the end of the week.

Terrible experience. The owner or man working there is rude. I tell him I don’t like the way he is speaking to me and he says it’s his job. He also charged me more on a pack of lightener I had one for 2.99 and one for 1.99. He charged 2.99 for both. I wonder how many times they do that a day. My thing is they seem to have no respect for the community they serve. I rather order online or drive to mid k. The hair store should be a comfortable and inviting place.
