Holly is nice and does a great pedi. I wanted the spa pedicure . The guy at the desk told me to pick my color at the shellac shelves. I thought it was odd because I didn’t see a polish stand and he never said anything about that. So my cost was $15 more. I asked what would have caused that and he said the shellac. So just in case you are new to pedicures and or Legacy nails

Lonie did a lovely job! I had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. She was efficient and I was done in a little more than an hour, looking good!

I went in for a pedicure as a walk-in. I tried to make a reservation online, but wasn’t able to get booked without requesting a technician which I did not want to do as I have never been in before and didn’t know anyone. I wanted the acrylic deluxe pedicure, but was never asked which Package I wanted so I was given an acrylic spa pedicure. No big deal I could have said something if that was an issue, but it is worth mentioning. The tech was friendly but just did a really poor job. My cuticles were barely trimmed and I could see dry skin around the nails. The polish was uneven and just looked like a mess. The polish was way too far from the edges of my nails and basically I walked out looking like I had a three week old pedicure. I was really disappointed as I never do things like this, and I have very little time available for it. I called to see what could be done because I really felt like I wanted to just go home and take the polish off. The front desk guy told me that I could come right back and have the same technician redo my nails. I told him I couldn’t come back today but could come in tomorrow but would really rather not have the same technician because I feel I would end up just wasting more of my time and still end up with a bad result. They offered no alternative for a resolution so I agreed to come in, but then ended up just canceling the next morning. I had to just leave a voicemail since they weren’t answering their phones. I said I decided I just didn’t want to devote more time to the situation and would just forget it. No one ever called me back. They obviously don’t care. Needless to say I won’t be back. If you are looking for a nail salon I’d avoid this one.

I got a pedicure at 2:00 on Wednesday, June 5th. I wasn’t impressed with their method for smoothing rough heels and removing callouses…they used some spongy bar with very little texture which really did nothing. When applying the polish to my toes the technician thinned the polish with acetone (which is not recommended). On Friday evening June 7th (more than 48 hours after the pedicure) I wore a pair of closed toe shoes. When I got back home and took my shoes off I noticed the polish on both of my big toes had been smooshed back from the tips. A total waste of time and money!

loan was good with my pedicure but then i asked for dip nails and they only had one person in there who knew how to do it, it is five days later and one of my nails already fell off the pictures show what i wanted vs what i got, don't recommend for manicures

Went in for a pedicure yesterday and the nail polish is already completely gone from THREE nails. Not worth $70 when the pedicure doesn't even last a day, will never go back.
