I’ve been here a few times and have really liked it. My friend who got married a few weeks before told me she felt rushed at this salon but I’ve only had good encounters here so I thought maybe it was a bad day. But when I can in with my mom, and bridesmaids, we felt rushed :/ we had the party room to ourselves which was great! My toe polish was chipped, my friend’s nail polish was clumpy and they almost forgot to give my mom a pedicure!Probably best to stick to this place if you’re just going by yourself :)

We booked an appointment for two pedicures and manicures. We sat waiting for about 15 minutes before anyone started our pedicures and 5 minutes into mine, the guy doing my pedicure had to walk away to tend to a different customer. I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for him to get back and yet somehow, he was able to rush through my pedicure fast enough to catch me up with my friend. Then a terrible pedicure, we were both lucky enough to receive a completely rushed manicure that left my nails looking like I had painted them myself (which is not a good thing). It had been a few years since I’ve been here and now I remember why. Completely overpriced and bad service.

I'm not even sure where to start here... this is a photo of my nails after a few days postvisit to Legacy Nail Salon. I went to a different spa at Apple Nails and spent over an hour and a half getting this set fixed. Bumpy, poorly done, and an overdramatic amount of thickness. Worse experience in the 7 years I've been getting my nails done. My technician at Legacy rushed my nail set, even though the occupancy of the salon didn't seem to be the reason. I went to a different spa at Apple Nails who spent over an hour and a half getting this set fixed. This will be my last ever appointment at Legacy. Disappointing and a waste of money. The first 2 photos are the pictures of the work from Legacy..The last 2 photos is from Apple Nails and Spas hardwork to fix the set from Legacy. The photos say it all...

Didn’t even get home and my big toe was already chipped off. When u spend 70.00 you want it to last awhile. I didn’t have time to run back was leaving to go out of town. That was why I had them done. lol I can do a better job than that. Plus I’m 2 hours away.Services: Pedicure

This place is pretty hit or miss depending on who you see. There are some good people here, but also a lot of people who rush or aren't very detail oriented. So be careful who you see here. I've been a few times and personally, won't come back anymore. I haven't gone to anyone here that I would say is so great I'd call them out by name. Sometimes I've gotten OK manicures. Though never an amazing manicure and I've definitely had problems here with my nails lasting because they often are hasty/skip steps with prep work. One guy destroyed my nail shape by filing my nail sidewalls so far down that he was filing into my nail bed and it actually hurt since he was filing living tissue. Sometimes the work is kind of sloppy, like missing spots on polish. One time, I made an appointment, showed up on time for it, checked in, and they forgot I was there. They left me waiting for 30 minutes and then said "oops, we forgot you were here, we can't give you a nail service anymore because it's too late to start". For my inconvenience, they gave me a couple of pieces of candy which definitely doesn't make up for driving 25 min both ways to see them and then waiting 30 min at the salon...... A free nail service to apologize for their screw up would have been much better than candy. The person I had scheduled with never even came over to apologize to me, which was unprofessional. So an "OK" salon, but definitely not great.

They were running a little past appointment time 25 minutes, yet, I received good service! It was for a friend's birthday, so the others sat out front waiting for me to finish up.

Absolutely filthy environment. Surfaces not clean. Inexperienced or undertrained nail techs. The nail tech I had said she had been doing this for 10 years and I wonder if she meant 10 months! I had to keep prompting the nail tech to add more acrylic to build on top of the nail tips. She would add more and then when shaping the nails, she removed to product. Other techs kept coming over to speak with her during my service and it seemed she could not focus on the customer experience at all. After it was all “done” I showed her where there was absolutely no acrylic applied at the sides of the nail tips. I was trying to be kind and helpful in the situation because it seemed she was having some anxiety with correcting over and over. When I was leaving the appointment the girls at the desk asked how the service was. I told them what happened. Showed them the result, and of course I had to pay full-price regardless, and was offered the solution of calling the next day to speak with the owner so I could return to get the nails properly fixed. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THAT!!! a refund should be offered and further training needs to be invested in for the workers!

Literally sat with my feet in cold water for over a half hour while the rest of my party got pedicures and no one ever showed up to do mine. Usually get my acrylics done here too, but since they don't honor reservations and services in a timely manner, I will go elsewhere.

Went here recently with my family. We had a ladies day between 5 women and 5 girls. We had pedicures, manicures, and 2 girls got acrylics, one being my daughter. We reserved the private room in advance for all of this.My daughter got acrylics and asked for coffin nails. Her nails were uneven, barely filed into coffin shape, and longer than she asked for. She tried to tell the nail tech she needed them shorter and she was told they couldn’t be shorter or she couldn’t get the coffin shape, which was poorly filed regardless. Her nail polish was lumpy and had missing spots and I asked for it to be corrected but the technician had split as soon as they were finished with her nails. So another technician had to come fix the polish. I told her just to forget about the uneven nails because I wasn’t going to wait around as the person fixing the polish was clearly irritated to fix that. Then when we went to check out, AFTER paying the girl at the front desk says “wait, she didn’t have shellac did she?” I said no. She had refused nail polish on her acrylics. It was a $10 up charge for shellac that she had me pay, and I had already tipped and everything. She said she had to go to her manager to ask for the $10 to be refunded to me. The manager was doing someone else’s nails nearby and was very loud in asking several times if the receptionist was 100% sure we didn’t have shellac. By this point we had tracked down the nail polish my daughter used to prove it was in fact NOT shellac. The manager then tried to say that because my daughter’s nails were LONG there was an up charge for “long length” so no refund. Up charge for long nails? If anything longer nails are LESS work than filing and cutting them down to be short. Doesn’t make sense. The refund was refused. Not to mention my pedicure was sub par. The tech barely massages my legs, didn’t use lotion that the other ladies got on their legs, and rushed the whole time.I will NEVER come to this place again. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. Completely unprofessional and less than quality work.

I got an acrylic fill done and I have never had such a painful experience. All of my cuticles were swollen and bleeding when I left, and 4 of my nails chipped the very next day.Services: Pedicure

I have lived here for a year now and have had a couple of appointments at this salon for different services. My most recent was an acrylic set and pedi. They moved my appointment that was made TWO WEEKS in advance for a walk in bridal party and didn't tell me until I came in for my appointment. They told me they could do my fingers and toes at the same time if I came back in an hour. I politely asked if I could get them done separately (because if you're paying this much, you want the relaxing experience!) if I came a couple of hours later instead. They said yes. I came back later and asked if I could get some form of comp since my appointment had been made weeks in advance (for vacation too ?) and I was inconvenienced. The girl very rudely said "what are you asking for?" I said "Any sort of comp since I wasn't told my appointment was moved" and she said "We don't really do that, it's not our fault they came in".I went ahead with the appointment anyways. They then did my pedi and nails at the same time, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid, while putting me in a chair full of purple acrylic shavings. Some things I want to warn others about with this salon:- they use the same tools on everyone without cleaning them- do NOT get dip manis here, they dip your finger straight into the powder jar. They do this with EVERYONE and it's not hygienic at all.- while some of the girls at the front desk are friendly, the one who helped me in October (name is Maddy or Maggie?) is rude, rolls her eyes frequently, and talks badly about customers right in front of them with whoever is next to her.- They leave your nails covered in melted acrylic when you pay for a removal and leave them in horrible condition. This salon is only worried about making money and getting people in and out as quickly as possible. Their techs are friendly and knowledgeable, but the owner's business ethics model is only worried about the money that's in West O.Services: Pedicure

Just tried this place today. Very nice place, people were friendly and took pride in the work. Price was on par with other places in the area. I had a shellac manicure.

Booked a pedicure for two people. We sat next to each other. They filled our water at the same time. One of us started to get worked on. They checked back a couple times to tell us they apologize for the wait on the 2nd person. They kept saying it would be 5 minutes and they were just waiting for someone to free up. We saw several other people get started with technicians while we waited. 40 minutes into the first person pedicure, no one had started on the 2nd person. We told them to just cancel it. Won’t be back. It was pretty dirty inside and not cared for. Stained ceiling tiles and air vents with black dirt or mold on them. The pedicure was fine but hardly enjoyable due to the stress of one of us sitting them the whole time waiting.

Had an appointment, started out fine. Then in the middle of my nails, I got moved to the pedicure chair. They finished my nails while getting my pedicure. The water was already ran and cold, so they added some hot water.. I was there with 2 friends whose pedicures started 15 minutes before mine. Needless to say my pedicure was rushed and short 15 minutes. It’s a fancy place, not worth going in. It was my first time and last. Very DISAPPOINTEDServices: Dip powder
