Can't get no worse than this company, there are a couple of drivers that hold this place together, that's it. You wait all day long for a cylinder delivery, no idea when their gonna show up. Waste a whole day which many of us don't many left just for them to call you at the end of the day to tell you they won't be making your delivery. It's a good thing I keep spare cylinders which they are trying to stop. I guess when the power goes out tonight with the storms I'll just wing it. I've been with them over 10 years, you get these new young kids that I guess think you can just suck air for all they care. I've given in several times when they ask if they can come the next day because they are always out of cylinders, and I ok it. I live less than a mile from the shop, but always seem to be the last stop of the day or they cancel my delivery. It doesn't matter I'm sucking 8 liters, Stage 4 end-of-life genetic lung disease. Yep, sometimes I yell a person can only put up with a company that doesn't care to change things at all, basically there have been zero changes towards the customers in the 14 years I have been with them. I always have my cylinders out front ready for the driver when they back up to my garage door, it's a 5-minute stop if that, with approximately 20 cylinders, I help drag them out to the truck and I put them away after they leave. It's time to move on. It seems Mandy is the only one who knows or cares. These other little snots that hang up on me should be fired!!!!! MAKALA!!!!!

Got me a new bi pap ? ,my other one wasn't working right. I really like it except the water tank is a little smaller. Nice and quite. Easy to work.Really love it.

While traveling I required equipment replacement. The staff here is the best. They rise above. Louis is an excellent educator. He should be the Lincare model. I do receive excellent care from my local team. However when I met the people at 4th St Omaha I was awed. Hats off to you. Grateful.

Most of the time they have been great, especially when I travel. My problem has been getting a portable that lasts long enough for me to go to lunch and play bridge. I also had a difficult time when my portable quit working and they wouldn't give me a loaner.

I get my canalas on time but my inogen has never been fixed properly so I gave up trying because it felt like you were making it sound like I didn't know what I was doing with it so it sets here broken of no use to me. I have tried at least 3 times to get it fixed or exchanged to no avail.

Ordering supplies for the cpap has been a breeze, it's on auto refill now and it's one thing I don't have to worry about. Insurance fully covered everything.

My husband has a CPAP from Lincare. They hound us constantly to buy stuff. When we needed a new machine that insurance wouldn't pay for we went into the office. The young woman at the front desk barely looked up from her computer. Said we couldn't get one. We insisted talking to someone else. He took our phone number. A rep called. Didn't do any research before the call. Didn't know how much or when we could get it. We couldn't wait so bought one on CPAP.com for $500 less and had it shipped BEFORE they even got back with us with the specifics. Do not think local office will be better service. The online company will work with you, your doctor, and you order supplies when you need them not when they decide to hound you. We are done with them.

Worse customer service. A few great people in a bad company. My grandma has been using their service for over 10 years in last 3 years it's just been a joke. She sent in her own oxygen maker and they won't give her a new one. My grandma has a CO2 problem. She need a vent but they supposely have no paperwork for it even tho her insurance approves it. So she is on a regular sleep apnea machine when she needs a vent. Now She is still waiting for the vent because they haven't gotten the right paperwork I guess. Her health is declining due to not having the right machine and now our family is worrying she will be in the hospital by the end of the week due to them not having the right paperwork to get the vent. A company that didn't even get money let my grandma use a machine as long as they could but lincare was suppose to take over and give the machine after her insurance approval. They approved it after she saw the doctor almost a month ago. They don't care about about their patients they care about money. If you have a love one try to find a better company then this I'm going to do research to find one that will help my grandma. If she isn't getting enough oxygen to push out the CO2 I'm worried my daughter or I will walk in and find her gone because she is starting to get worse as days go by she's not on the machine she needs.

We have oxygen delivered regularly, my husband has emphysema he can't live without oxygen tanks. Lincare called and said tanks would be delivered Tuesday. Perfect. Never showed up. Texted Wednesday morning said "your Lincare delivery is scheduled for today August 30, 2023. Type 1 to confirm, etc. Typed 1 they texted back said thank we will see you today. They didn't show up. Didn't show up Thursday, Friday no text, they called about noon, we were in doctors appt. couldn't answer. Called back when we got out she proceeded to tell me too bad you should have answered you need to reschedule. Sorry we are not psychic, had no idea who was calling, didn't know they finally decided to deliver. Called main office she put it on us of course our fault we didn't answer the phone right away. Can't get oxygen until Tuesday. WHAT????? You obviously are in the wrong business, you don't deliver pizza, you deliver life.
