The personal service is truly exceptional — Whitney and Jody are amazing representatives of the company and they take care of me each and every time I come by. They remember you, they’re attentive without being pushy, and they make every visit feel like you’re genuinely valued.
And something that deserves special recognition: the air quality is the best I’ve ever experienced in a cigar bar. You’d expect it to be smoky, but it’s incredibly clean and comfortable — they clearly take ventilation seriously and it shows.
The owners are straightforward and genuinely amazing people, and the staff reflects their morals and values completely. You can feel the integrity in how the place is run and in how customers are treated. If you’re looking for a cigar lounge that combines top-shelf hospitality, a great atmosphere, and surprisingly fantastic air quality, this is the spot.”

“Lovely, comfortable wine bar/store! Great choice of wines by the bottle or glass. We opted for a good red Zinfandel, and had a small charcuterie board plus spinach dip with chips. Chill environment, and they will let you bring food in from the restaurants on either side of them. Live music three nights a week! They also have a selection of beers. If I lived in Omaha, this might become my hangout!”

“Jack's had a good selection of liquor, but not much for beer, besides your average Miller, Budweiser, Michleob etc. I was hoping for a local brew since I was here on vacation. The prices were really cheap, and the young guy working was very pleasant. The tobacco was cheap and had a good selection.”

“Wine, Beer & Spirits (WBS) combines the benefit of shopping locally with an inventory that matches any national liquor store chain. As others have said, the selection is enormous and high quality; I prefer wine, and WBS has everything from Stella Rosa to Caymus to Opus One, along with one of the deepest French red wine selections I’ve ever come across. I recently picked up a 2015 La Dame de Montrose from WBS for just under $40 after tax, thanks to one of their sales (on top of already very competitive prices). Sure, it wasn’t stored underground in a cool cellar all this time, but at the prices WBS offers (both sale and regular), many of these wines are no-brainers. I can’t speak to the quality of the bourbon, beer, etc selection, but it’s visually just as astounding and impressive as the wines. This is a must-visit if you’re serious about your liquor or looking for some hard-to-find gems. My favorite wine store in Omaha!”
