I don’t even like little Caesar’s anymore but damn the pizzas here are good as hell! I picked up a hot & ready and the pizza was fresh and the crust was perfect. Best pizza I had in a while.

There was an older man yelling at the young lady working there. He was very upset ?. If I had been in the young lady place I would have told him off and quit. That was sad to see.

Food was mid. But the service was awful. They don’t greet you when you walk in, and the one guy physically rolled his eyes at me when I asked a question.

A solid 2. You know, I can understand the lack of stellar customer service. After all, most of the workers are high school students and this is their first job. What are they suppose to know about customer service. The food quality is what is really disappointing. There is zero consistency in product output. How the same thing can be made just right on Tuesday night, but come back on Thursday and repeat the order and you can end up with stuff that is either over cooked or under cooked, or just wrong. How this can happen is beyond me. For being the 3rd largest pizza chain the the U.S. you would expect more. And one more thing now that I think about it. The west facing door, the one that says this door to remain unlocked during business hours, yeah that one, hasn't worked in over a year and a half. Everybody must use the door on the north side. I'm pretty sure that they are committing a violation of their fire code everyday they are open for business. It makes the store have a cheap feeling. How much can it cost to fix this door? $200 - $500 would probably cover it. Being cheap will cost you over time.

We ordered delivery last night asking them to call when they arrived. The time came and went and nothing. I decided to go out and check for them. My food was sitting in front of my door. No text. No phone call. My food was not warm. I live in an apartment. Anyone could have stolen my food. Very

The Corporation of Little Ceasars has the worst online ordering system, website/app, of the entire pizza industry. You can not select toppings or pizza styles outside of what is automatically listed. This forces you to call in your order. Given that, I want to ask "what in the wide world of pizza pizza happened to my Little Ceasars?!?!" I was ordering from the store on 90th. Mike answered. I had to repeat "I'd like the $9.99 thin crust deal" I further had to explain the deal was pizza and crazy bread. Again I had to tell him twice that I wanted an Italian Cheese bread with black olives. His response was to read everything back followed by "I feel like I'm missing something." "Black Olives." My father, who sat there watching me put this insanely redundant order together, insisted on going to pick up dinner. When he picks up the order he sees its missing 2 pizza sauces and crazy bread. The 2 girls behind the counter flat out tell him no you don't have crazy bread and rush him out the door. When he returns home he's apologizing for being unable to bring the full order home. I assured him that he had nothing to apologize for. I called the store and the girl at the front did not identify herself in her greeting. I explained that my father just came back with an incomplete order. When I told her I had to repeat 3 times to Mike, and that the order was $20, the girl announced "You hurt my feelings" and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager. When I explained the situation the manager she said my order came up unpaid. That's amazing since my order is sitting on my stove right now. The manager needs to check her staff on whether or not they're pocketing cash orders. Next the manager claimed everyone is under training and the deal is new and everyone isn't as familiar with it yet. I ended up having to drive out through 5 o'clock traffic to pick up my missing items. Dirty looks and silence was all that met me at the counter. Quick FYI to management: 1st you can't train the inept, 2nd corporate is letting you down big time with their worthless ordering system, and 3rd I have been hosting 6 pizza parties, yearly for 8 years, for the afterschool & summer clubs I host for 5 middle schools in Douglas County and from now on I'll be ordering them from Pizza Hut.

This is an easy review and anyone that's visited this store will most likely agree. Like most fast food chains the food quality is declining while prices rise. However it does not seem to be the staff's fault at this location. The store is usually clean depending on how busy they are. The employees we do (family and I pickup food here at least twice per month) are nice and helpful.
