What a waste of time here. Waited an hour to get my nails done. I wanted to a fill cause I already had nails done, but after telling him what I wanted, he said he couldnt do it, so I wanted other options cause I really didnt know what could be done and he started getting loud and refused me service.. so disappointed in this place.
Also keep in mind they tell you one price and another after they start working

VERY unfriendly; on the phone while doing my pedi; EXPENSIVE for very bad service; regular pedi was $25 but after choosing a polish said that was $15 extra! NEVER returning! Worst pedi ever!

Beware. The negative reviews are true. The lady is a horrible nail technician for manicures. I requested the dip powder. First, she drill my nail bed so hard that it started to bleed. That has never happened to me! Secondly, the next day, the dip power started to chip. I had to go back to get it fixed. Instead of fixing it, she just filed my nail down. Lazy. The dip is chipping so bad on my other nails. The sad thing is that I was visiting from out of town. I called to receive a refund and express that I don’t live in Omaha. The lady is sooo rude. She blamed me for the dip chipping. She also said she never wanted to see me again. Horrible customer service. Oh she wont have to worry about that. Sad case of unable to accept accountability for incompetency.

I was looking for a nail salon close to my house and stumbled upon long nails . I’m so glad I did it wasn’t busy so I requested if I could get my feet and nails done at the same time. Which they did it was a very relaxing atmosphere she took her time with my toes and the gentleman did a good job on my nails very friendly. I’ll definitely be back keep up the good work!!

I go every 2 weeks, I call for an appointment and don't even have to give them my name since they remember me. They always ask if I want the same colour and if I break a nail (only happened 1 time in 2 years) they never charged for the fix. Their prices great compared to other nail salons, everyone that works there is always smiling which is very welcoming to me. They know exactly how long and what shape I want. Many times they will do a design for no charge. WONDERFUL PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND ALWAYS ATTENTIVE!!

Horrible customer service. I told the tech that my nail was cracked and she gave me attitude. I also told her how bad my nails (yellow), were done and she told me that “they can’t be perfect”. I told her that they should look nice because that’s what I’m paying for. When o paid her, I handed her my money and when she gave me my change, she laid it down on the table and walked away. She definitely didn’t get a tip since she walked away from me. All but 1, are my natural nails and the shape of them are hideous. They cut my nails down, I’ve been growing them for about 6 months and another tech told me that, since they are my real nails, they can’t look good. I attached photos of when I got my nails done before (pink, blue, chrome) all done somewhere else and all natural looking as they should be.

Horrible and rude. Just know a polish change is $25 it doesnt matter if shellac or just plain polish. Did not seem to care if I wanted the service or not. Female did not look up from her phone while talking to me. Will never go back.

if you want anything complicated done, this isn't necessarily the place for you. they can do nails, but not nail art. it's so gorgeous in the building, they decorated it nicely, and they even have a little chair for kids to sit in to get their nails done!

Got a pedicure with gel and a dip with a manicure. Pedicure was okay. My nails lifted in 10 days.

Worst nail salon ever I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to get their nails done here. They were very rude. I showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted them which were French tips and she did the total opposite. She did a hot pink color and I told her I didn’t like that color on my nails. She then got upset and asked well what color do you want and at this point I just told her to paint them white. While she was painting them she was sloping the polish on my nails and the polish was was running down on my skin and she left them like that. I then asked to speak to a manager and I told her I wasn’t happy about how my nails looked so then there was a guy that worked there and asks me what happened and I told him and he tried getting upset with me but he then fixed my nails. Worst experience ever and I would never return to this nail Salon ever again. And be careful getting pedicures because they will use the same tools on you that was used on the previous customer❗️

I had a Full set, told to do an ombre. Thick nails, very inconsistent ombre and couldn't get them to cut my nails a little shorter. Wanted a mauve and pointed to a color but ended up with a coral. No manicure or massage and paid $75. Giving them the opportunity to fix them.
