Was there to purchase flooring and while talking to person someone interrupted and the sales person went to help them instead. I went to Floor n Decor and dropped $2500.

Asked 2 people a simple question. Do you carry heated dewalt jackets? Neither one knew. They called someone else to come help. 15 min. Later no one came. Ended up leaving and going to home depot.. horrible customer service

I recently purchased three ceiling fans for delivery. Only two were sent from Lowe’s. I had scheduled install for the fans and Lowe’s could not guarantee delivery of the missing fan prior to the install. The customer rep couldn’t really offer much assistance so I requested a refund and picked up the same model at the local Lowe’s store. So now I’ve had a messed up delivery order, a trip to the store, and an extra charge on my card. This was 12 days ago and I was told and the recording says refunds processed in “7-10 days” not business days. I called this morning to check the status and my case has not been processed yet!! I was told my case should be finalized by the 10th business day and then I’ll need to wait another 3-10 business days for my bank to process the refund. This is a terrible customer experience. I will never shop at Lowe’s again after going through this hassle for a messed up order. It feels like they are cheap theives rather than a reputable company.

I used to love having a Lowe's close by but now not sure if I will shop there again. I had some pieces that I never ended up using for a big plumbing remodel. Took the unused pieces back but they wouldn't take it since it was more than 90 days ago. Never had that problem with Menards so I will be going there even though it is a longer drive for me. Very disappointed that they wouldn't take it back for even store credit.

I tried ordering $500 worth of paint from this store one night at 10:30 and the next morning at 6:30 it was available for pickup and 8:30 it was picked up by someone other than myself. Their own system says you need a Valid ID and set an authorized user in order to have someone else pick it up, yet they didn't do that and listed that it was picked up by me. That day we reached out via email shortly after seeing it was picked up and was told someone would be reaching out to us.
By 5:30 that evening noone had, so we called and was told that Supervisor of Fulfillment Paul would need to review it and he would reach out to us. This was on a Friday so we waited until Sunday without a single word, we stopped by in person and was told that Paul would be in on Monday and would reach out to us then. By Wednesday we still hadn't heard anything, so I called again and was told he wasn't in on Thursday, so he'd call us on Friday as he was in 8-4. By 3:30 on Friday I still hadn't heard anything so I called them directly, only to be told by Paul himself that an Uber Driver with the order number picked up the order. They didn't get the Uber drivers name or ID, but still gave it to him anyways against their own policies.
If I hadn't reached out 5 times, I wouldn't have gotten my money back from them for their own mistake, and I never once received a call or email from them at all. They didn't offer anything to make the situation right, and I had to push repeatedly just to get refunded over a week after their mistake. Absolute worst customer service in my life, they made a mistake and forced me to get anything back from them.

Lowe’s feedback
Delivery was a box. I ordered ordered a picnic table. Not a box of wood. Was told by the driver that someone would come to make the table. That was incorrect. Spoke to delivery service and who was more interested in telling me how I did it wrong vs making things better/right. He stated he will have someone pick it up (not today of course) and then they will take it back to Lowe’s, have the table assembled and then redeliver the table. When I asked about getting a phone call to see about the clear questions that they had about the order he said, “it’s 50-50.” I work in the service industry and this is very poor service. I paid $100 for this service of delivery on a $140 table. This is my second bad experience with this Lowe’s delivery service. I have paid for this service twice. I give this service 1/10.

We came in here looking for a portable air condition and a microwave cart but the don't carry either of those items in store- on line only. Well sometimes you want to look at the thing in person, you know? We were also shopping for a couple of small table lamps but oh my word were they incredibly expensive! So we went to Walmart and got some that were just as nice for half the price!

Went to grap something today after work to repaint my kitchen cabinets and walls. The lady working at the paint counter was very helpful and knowledgeable.. unfortunately I did not get her name!! But excellent customer service
