Absolutely horrible experience. I tried to get my friends dog on to her flight and the staff literally delayed me for 2 and a half hours over a simple issue they could have just called a superior about (like I suggested). Anyway low and behold I knew what I was talking about but by the time they figured that out the flight we booked was gone. So apparently I just drove to Omaha for nothing. Thanks majestic terminal services. PS staff member Kelsey should lose her job!!
