I'll never give nobody one star, I just share my experience. Got here at 715am for a load going to Dekalb IL...got loaded pretty quickly, staff is bland but very nice tho. But sitting loaded since 815am and it's 930am now waited for paperwork for over an hour kinda sucks. 1 or 2 overnight parking spots.

Hard ti find at the back of a recycling facility. But personnel were Very helpful and got me loaded fast.Also, I Avenue ("Eye") is blocked East of the Interstate. Had to turn around to use J Avenue and down a few blocks farther, to circumnavigate the construction closure.
