Not impressed, enjoyed the Ross store right next door however. Marshall's selection was not great, prices were not that much of a bargain, I purchased nothing and I wanted too. Nothing sparked my interest. The store itself was clean, pretty organized, staff was average. That's all I got!

Horrible day after 15 years of shopping me and my family at Marshalls I am germophbic after the lady at Cash register stick her fingers in her mouth to open plastic bag I requested different cashier than the security asked her to put some gloves than the owner or the general manager name BRIAN came running very rude unprofessional yelling at me not to be rude than when I payed for my stuff I give the lady $100 than she gives me my change back when I counted the money she shorted me $20 than the Owner Mrs Brian opened the register and threw $10 at me than the cashier said no you have to gives him $ 20 back I always shop at Marshalls and Ross store but after being mistreated no more Marshalls it sad and I wonder what type of education Mrs Brian has, I own my own business for 22 years I never treated one of my customer like that and everything is in video very sad for other customers and I go to Ross next door very welcoming and respect me going there over 7 years never had a problem and never had problem at Marshalls until the unprofessional and ruthless of Mrs general manager disrespect me hungry for power you don't have to worry about me going to any of your stores I am going to stick with Ross friendly people and respect the customers

Went into store to purchase khaki or black bdu or cargo pants. Staff was scarce and unwilling to assist and the one who attempted to assist stood in one place as if a deer in the headlights. I moved about the store unable to locate product and found merchandise lacking in all areas and store was a mess.

Very unhappy with the customer service! I live 45 minutes away so I called this location to ask if they had a specific item and the girl told me “my manager said we can’t give any information regarding our inventory over the phone” I asked her why that is and tried to explain I live far away but I was willing to make the drive if they carried this chair. She whispered to the manager and then replied we’re not allowed to because of our company policy. So I guess I won’t waste my time.

Not sure if this is a companywide policy… But they wouldn’t let me take back or exchange some bras because I didn’t have their dinky little plastic hanger. I had removed everything, tried it on at home, immediately realized they did not fit and needed to get a different size. That just was not possible for some reason. That’s $20 down the drain. They claimed sanitary reasons, but that should be the case for every piece of clothing in any state… Just say you can’t take any clothing back or exchange them there does not seem to be rhymer reason behind that.
