I recommended this place to my MIL and got her a gift card, but her experience was disappointing. Kim rushed the service, cut her heel, and was rude when she spoke up.

The first time I went to this place I was pleased with my pedicure with regular polish. However, I'm very disappointed with my shellac/gel pedicure, which was significantly more in pric than my regular one. The shellac/gel Pedi didn't last a full week before peeling off. This was my first time getting a shellac pedicure that didn't last a month. I'm very disappointed especially because I spent so much money. I will keeping looking for a new place.

I had seen the monthly special so decided to go into Martini to give the tropical pedicure a try. It smelled wonderful. I love that all of the pieces to my pedicure smelled tropical. My mom is 87 years old and everyone was very patient and kind. Jess took her time with my mom and was very gentle with her. She enjoyed the conversation with her. When I was finished, I got a dip manicure. The girls at the front helped me pick out my color to match my toes. I have not been in for awhile but I love the new updates. The paint looks fresh and bright. The new seating area gave us a place to sit while we waited for our pedicure. I tried to talk my mom into a phot op with me on their new wall but she was too busy getting her nails done! They even gave her a flower design on her toe. She was very happy when we left. Everything seemed very clean and smelled great in there. They said each month they will have a new special. I will be back very soon!

Thursday afternoon. Very short wait time. Had the best foot massage of my life by Henry. My feet have hurt for weeks. Pedicure was great too but my feet feel amazing!!

I have had a great experience with this Spa for 15+ years until recently . There are too many immature young girls working there now and their customer service is horrible! All they do is giggle and play on their cell phones while the technicians do all the work. This was my first time visiting the nail shop after getting gel polish. I had heard great things about it, so I decided to try it about two months. I went back to have my nails redone, not knowing there was an extra charge for removing and reapplying gel police. When I asked about the cost , the front desk staff confirmed the price but did so in a rude and dismissive manner.Rather than speaking to me privately, or be selective of her words and less condescending , she discussed the charge in front of other customers, which left me feeling embarrassed and humiliated . There is a way to be straight for without being rude. Amanda , the manager didn't seem to be bother by their behavior, but instead listened to of the very chatty , high school girls that were on the cell phones who gave her their version of the story. At no point during the conversation did I feel like a valued customer, so I ended the call.
In my opinion, Amanda is not effective manager. I truly hope no other customer has to experience that kind of treatment. I used to enjoy going there- the previous manager treated all clients with the same level of respect and professionalism, and it made a big difference.
I wish you all the best, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other nail shops around here, and I believe I 'll find a place where customers are treated with respect.

My second time there Bibi did a great job! I met the owner Amanda. Very nice gal! The staff was very helpful and accommodating!

I rate low because I got dip done this the second time. They have a policy that they will fix nails w/o charge up to 7 days. The first time it last up into day 8 and the dip started peeling from my nail. So I knew I was past the day of fixing with out me paying. The second time I switch to a new person thought I would have better results not to mention, I tip well. This time it lasted 5 days. I called on the 5th day they were closed due to 4th of July, I left a voicemail message for time stamp reference and the I left town Sat morning. I called back on Sunday just to let them know because no one returned my call. So I caled Sunday day 7 and I was still out town. I wasn’t going to be back until after they closed so I called again, and receptionist called the owner and they told me they couldn’t honor the 7 day if I couldn’t get it done today “Sunday’ which was impossible. So me calling was to establish accountability on my part and see if I could have grace to come in on the next day in morning. But they said no and I would have to pay. I’m just upset because I did make contact before my time was up and I could even get them to work with me. Customer see and business ethics is not what I’m used to. So remember this with people that don’t live up to American business ethics with customer service we shouldn’t deal with. . How many others have this complaint. You spend they take but don’t do right to stand by services .

Great pedicures here! If you want to be pampered, this is the place! I love the gel pedicure as there is no dry-time and lasts!

I have been sitting here for over 30 minutes in water nothing but excuses staff doesn’t care to make the customer happy! This is very disappointing If your schedule team can’t get the time correct don’t tell the customer to come in just to sit with no service! Inconsiderate and very unprofessional!!!!!!
