So I do like this place but have had cancelations before understandable. I also have missed an appointment before but where I have issue is if I miss my appointment I'm still charged and lose out on a service and they can still book someone for that time. They canceled on me and I simply asked do I get a credit for this loss and it was simply put no. I just wanted a fair exchange and it's unfortunate because I enjoyed going to this location and I don't believe there is value in the customer anymore.

Do not go here and definitely do not sign up for a membership. They lie to you about cancelation policy. ??????????????

This location has cancelled 3x on me the past 12 months (the last time one hour from my appointment). I asked for manager to call me and was told they would call me the same day. IT has been two weeks and haven’t heard from anyone . Requested a refund and membership cancellation

I wanted to buy my wife a Christmas gift and decided a 12 month massage package would be great! Unfortunately the massages were not that great, so I canceled at the end of my term. They made me jump through all kinds of hoops just to cancel and then, they kept charging me for 3 more months! I finally got them to cancel it (I think) and refund the 3 months. Everything was difficult with them from the start. I even had to pay to transfer one of the massages that I'm already paying for!!! Too many rules, too difficult, and not a great massage. On top of that, they told me she couldn't use the un-used sessions we already paid for!! I won't be back.

Love my esthetician, Sam, and the therapists have always been great. My only complaint is scheduling is a little rough. Massage Envy has contacted me multiple times, on the same day of service, to tell me the provider would not being able to make it to work and my appt would need to be canceled. I tied to move an appt today due to a sick kiddo and they charged me 1/2 the price of the service. Completely understandable.... if they hadn't canceled on me multiple times.

Would not recommend. I had a pregnancy massage that had to be rescheduled 3 times and each time was pushed out 2 months at a time. The last 2 two times I was already on my way and they only alerted me less than an hour before the appointment. I have called to talk to a manager twice now and have not been able to speak to one. Really disappointed and only have 9 days left before my baby comes, so no I cannot reschedule. If anyone has been pregnant they would understand how much a pregnant person who is super swelled would be looking forward to this.

I had a membership. When I joined I got a bonus massage. I thought I used my bonus massage but instead they took it off my next month. Also I gave a massage to my son and it was never put on his account. Next it seemed every time I went I had to try someone new previous therapist I liked were never still at the company. Lastly I discontinued my membership and it ended during covid. I asked if I could use them later and was told yes I could til July 31st. I got the were open email July 23 so assummed it would be extended. When I went in I was told that my massages were expired. They want your money, but can't keep consistent staff and in my case didn't honor my full membership.

Always a wonderful experience
