I've had my trailer stored at Max Storage for years. It's a great location for us, and the rate for a surface spot is lower than other storage places in town. I had an issue a couple of years ago where some kids cut through the fence, broke my back window, and ransacked my trailer. I spoke with the owner, who was almost as upset as I was, but explained he didn't have a lot of options to handle the situation. They moved my spot, and I haven't had any issues since. The only thing I wish I could do is pay for my spot when I'm out of town. Currently Max Storage doesn't take Venmo/Pay Pal, or allow you to pay on a website when out-of-town.
