“**March 2024** I have used this facility on and off for over six years now and each time I’ve been treated very well.Denise (I think) is the receptionist’s name and she is always friendly and helpful when I come in. She’s very good about explaining the insurance policies and how they impact me.Louisa was my phlebotomist (vampire) today. And she, like most of the other phlebotomists, was patient with me. I am a challenging stick and they are good about taking my information and trying to get blood with minimal pain and multiple sticks.I am very grateful they work with me.Note: the laboratory is kinda hard to find as it’s set in an industrial area. It’s an older building too. They have done a much better job in recent years in making it more handicap accessible but sadly, it’s is an old building .”

“I'd literally just gotten off work and had one hour of sleep, while scrambling to my finger printing for a new career that I'm entering. I walk in and the owner says; I don't have an appointment are you scheduled for tomorrow? I could have fell over. She smiled and said "I'll take you today. Give me a moment." What grace! What a beautiful woman! She had no idea I'd just worked doubles, and she had no reason to even care. Bless her and her whole company!”

“The waiting room was fairly small but I think that's my only complaint? I had an appointment and even though the place was clearly busy I was in and out on 15 minutes. The check in is automated and the phlebotomist who drew my blood was incredibly friendly. I've been to bad Quests before with higher ratings so it's a shame this one is scored so low.”
