Unfortunate Experience Regarding Closing TimeI recently had a disappointing experience at your gas station on the night of 2/8/24, and I felt compelled to share my feedback with the hope that improvements can be made. I am a regular patron of your establishment and have generally had positive experiences until this incident.On the evening in question, I arrived at the gas station at 10:55 PM, which was well within the advertised closing time of 11 PM. However, to my surprise, I found the door already locked. Three female employees were behind the counter, with only one actively counting money from the register. I waved through the glass door at them, expressing my confusion as I believed I was well within the closing time.The employees insisted that the store was closed, despite my timely arrival. This was frustrating for me, as I had expended my remaining fuel to get there before the supposed closing time. Seeking clarification, I visited the store on 2/9/24 to confirm the closing time. To my dismay, I was told that the closing time was indeed 11 PM.It's worth noting that I have visited your store on numerous occasions around the same time after work and never encountered any issues or found the doors locked. This inconsistency raises concerns about the accuracy of the closing time and the adherence to your operational procedures.Upon further inquiry, the employee informed me that they lock the doors at 10:55 PM to count registers, following instructions from the manager. This explanation is not only contradictory to the advertised closing time but also misleading for customers who rely on the accuracy of your business hours.I observed that on the night of 2/8/24, all three employees were behind the counter, and only one was actively working on register duties. At 10:59 PM, just a minute before the supposed closing time, another employee began cleaning the store. This raises concerns about the accuracy of the closing time and the adherence to your operational procedures.I understand that managing a gas station involves various tasks, but it is crucial to maintain transparency and adhere to the advertised business hours. I hope this feedback reaches the manager and prompts a review of the closing procedures to avoid inconveniences for loyal customers like myself.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would like to take the time out To thank jessica on the california street in saddle creek area. My son broke my phone and I couldn't even get the screen to work. I was destroyed. I have 6 apps on my phone that I need for my job. There was no way that anybody else could have did this Besides Jessica. The length of Troubleshooting, just to get my contacts back. Not only my contacts but all the apps for my job ?.I went into the store. She helped me out. It took a little time but she did everything in her power to get everything that I lost back. And i'm at a loss for words. The worst possible filling in the world is losing your phone and all of your personal information. Especially when you have to use your phone for your job. In a professional manner She made me feel comfortable about the situation.As she dove into my phone and retrieved , every single piece of information that I thought was lost. I've been buying phones from this location for over fifteen and I will never get another phone from anywhere else. Thank you jessica you're my hero.

Michelle did a great job as a customer service representing for your company. The patience, knowledge, and perseverance it took to switch over from simple talk over to boost was amazing . Many other custermers came and went which she handled well and still multi tasked my problem was very impressive. Under stress,competent and very kind. She is a real asset to your company. Thank you

Seems a little shady that only 1 pump of 4 has a working card reader. It also claims to be printing a receipt but doesn't.

Update: I called the corporate office and will be receiving a refund. I still don't like this store and wish this were handled to in-store but I have never had an issue with other Mega Savers.Employees here have never been pleasant. I would avoid it like the plague and don't pay with a card if you don't have to; I haven't had any bad experiences with any other Mega Savers besides this one but I also typically pay with cash. Other peoples' reviews of having money stolen by this company speak for themselves though.One of the female employees was arguing and cussing at her boyfriend before I went in. Had money deducted from my account with another lady working the register. My card was declined even though the payment posted to my account. No big deal, technical issues happen. However I brought the issue to the attention of the manager and he did nothing. None of the employees even tried to make it right in the slightest, and were incredibly rude about it on top of it. The lady at the register told me, almost verbatim, that it must be my fault since I'm the only one she's had this happen to. They neither refunded the money back to my card nor did they give me what I paid for. I pulled up my bank app to prove that they had taken my money and they refused to do anything. Essentially stole money from me and made no effort to make it right.

Ridiculous! No room in the parking lot. Card readers are not working at the gas pumps. I remember why I hate this spot now. Hasn't changed in 6 years!

Disgusting stores, filthy, full of code violations and some are rat infested. Stores cater to junkies, vagrants, and alcoholics (at least they sell crack pipes!). Owners are even more disgusting. From Tajikistan, paid for their visas here and do things like charge employees for uniforms, steal pay if you call in sick ($75 per day) and lots of reverse discrimination. store "managers" typically speak little English as well as Muslims seem to get priority over others. Gas pumps at many have been shut down due to over metering or water in the tanks. A filthy, nasty organization all around. Shop anywhere eLes and don't support these filthy racists.

?SCAM ALERT ?Back biting crittersPURCHASED THREE DIFFERENT DEVICES ALL DIED PERMANENTLY APPARENTLY THEY ARE SELLING REFURBISHED DEVICES THAT DONT WORK AND THEY ARENT REPLACING ANYTHING AND OVERCHARGING FOR THE ITEMS they back dated my receipt with white watch so they didn’t have to refund me a week later

This place has anything you need at lower prices than its competitors. My only complaint is that it's located in a weird place but the low prices on things like gas make up for it.

Cheapest I have found in cigarette prices now a days everywhere is $8.00 and up o they are never out of my brand off cigs ether a plus for sure
