This is my neighborhood store & its starting to go downhill again without the old manager julio around & its safer with him in the area he keeps the homeless away. Definitely need to bring him back or train the staff. Store & lot is dirty nothing seems to work like bathroom pumps coffee fountain drinks etc They have stuff everywhere no room to walk & bathroom closed. Im not sure whats going on but the difference is very noticeable.

So I stopped for gas at this mega saver I always come here it's close to where I live..
On 11/27 I stopped to get aldo got some ther items gas was $25 on pump #2 I get to the pump and start pumping and the meter stopped at 4.70 so I go back inside and tell the cashier a young man he sounded middle eastern.. he told me to change pumps but it was too busy all pumps were already in use..so i told him to put the remaining $20 back on my card...he tells me check your account the money is there already..I check and it's not...he starts talking about who is on pump #1 .. he even goes outside to see who is on pump #1 .. comes back and tells me to come back if the money doesn't show up on my account...I went back the next day no body knows anything about what happened..the cashier from that day apparently does not work there no one knows him...a million dollars company is out here stealing hard working people's money....they don't even have a number on the receipt so you can speak to someone

Mam I love this store it's my local store to go to and all personnel and even customers love coming here to get what they need for the day I allways fill up my work truck here and they make sure I'm allways good they remembered my name after just a couple days of Goin there and I really appreciate that makes it feel like the family and home base I want to be around. LOVE THIS PLACE ALLWAYS COMING BACK

I love this mega savers! It's the neighborhood home away from home but has gone down since Julio Perez the attendant has been gone? His work ethic was far and beyond any other of the workers! The way he managed was very professional and his bilingual communication was very much appreciated! Wish he would come back? Bring back Julio, we miss him. 9/3/24 Would Like to Say Julio Perez is back at the Mega Saver and he is awesome! Thank you for bringing him back to this location! He makes the place more welcoming every day! Thanks Mega Saver!

He robs people and then calls the police
It's typical of this store to hire criminals
So that they rob people

Horrible customer service. My husband and I both get treated poorly every time we go to this location. We honestly feel like it's because we are not hispanic. They are so happy with everyone else and the second they see us their attitude changes. We have never given them any trouble. We go to this location because it's convenient and right near our house. We get singled out for not wearing a mask when some of the other customers aren't wearing masks either. The clerk behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask either.
