service is terrible, 5 people working and lines are very long and slow. they would no return a charging cable that burned. i will not be using this gas station for anything!!!!!!!

It's 6:14 and they're supposedly open at 6..no one here... There have been literally 10 cars in the past 12 minutes that have come and left. Check your cameras!! How hard is it to open on time or even relatively close to on time???

I showed up 15 minutes before I had to be at work, which is only two blocks away. I ended waiting 17 minutes to pump $20 worth of gas, the pumps are so slow.

Pumps are super slow and half the time have some sort of issue. Getting in and out of here is a pain.

I go in to pay my phone bill they tell me that service is no longer available but I can import my number through another service so I said let's do that they tell me I can't do that today. Really all it is is the lady needed to go home in 20 minutes and there was a line so she didn't want to help me. I've been using mega savers phones for over 10 years you guys lost my service now.

I am giving Jessica the Phone Technician a "5"! I stopped in with a new phone that I was needing help with, and she was more than knowledgeable in what she does. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she's very quick and efficient at her job. I would recommend anyone that needs help with their phone find Jessica, she will take the time to assist and help in anyway she can!! Thank You again Jessica~

This location should be named Mega Slower. It took over 13 minutes to fill my car with 9.5 gallons of gas. It moved so slowly, I was able to stop it exactly on that amount. I have honestly never seen a pump move more slowly in my life.

I was in the 108th store today 03/11/2022 and had never been embarrassed so badly by two female employees who were so disrespectful in front of other customers accused me of always having an attitude when I come in that store. The Gaul of that woman. I have every right to be treated with respect especially when I've never said one single thing respectfully to any employee at that location, however I called corporate office and fully can understand why the employees act like they due she the corporate woman I spoke to said she'd call me back to which hasn't happened as of yet and probably will never happen seeing how its been over half an hour now. Companies should practice hiring quality employees who have customer service skills instead they hire the worst of employees sometimes. Attitude reflects leadership and that store in my opinion has the worst employees I've ever meet both of those women could be employed within my business. Shameful and down right insightful!

They LIED about their gas prices when we called them then drove all the way there, person who answered the phone and QUOTED us price even said she did to her greedy foreign boss and he STILL wouldn't honor it!!! NOT to mention bathrooms were NO TP, GROSS AND DISGUSTING!!! TRASH BINS OUTSIDE WERE OVERFLOWING WITH GROSS TRASH, PUMPS WERE EXTREMELY SLOW IT TOOK US 20 MINUTES TO PUMP $10!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND
