We have two of the best German Shepherds from Dawn Menard. Both girls are therapy support providers and have such sweet temperaments. These girls also were a breeze to train and they are absolutely beautiful. Dawn was always responsive and knowledgeable to any questions we had. We were able to meet the mom and her other adult GSD and even a new litter when we picked up our first pup. She truly cares about her pups and maintains high ethical standards for her breeding. Menards Legacy German Shepherds is really the only breeder I would trust.

Got my German shepherd pup from Menards Legendary German Shepherd about two and a half years ago and it has been such a great experience purchasing a pup from them. Dawn was so great to work with, answered all of my questions and concerns. She also updates the website with pictures of the puppies once they are born and as they get a little older so that you get to see your pup growing. My dog's personality is just the best, he is so sweet and smart. I purchased my pup to have him trained as a service dog and he in fact did become my service dog and always get compliments on how well trained he is and how handsome he looks. All of Menards dogs look amazing! Lastly, I love that Menards tests the parents' hips and only breeds them if they if their hips tested well.

This place is truly legendary. Top knotch breeder, top knotch blood lines and results are just beautiful. Like no other German Shepherds I've ever seen. Our Greta Margaret is simply stunning!! Highly recommend them!!

Professional and personal with awesome results. My male German Shepherd, Apollo, was born February 28th 2020 and I have enjoyed every moment with him. Very healthy and alert.I would highly suggest anyone who is interested in an Awesome Dog go to Menards Legendary German Shepherds!

We found Menard’s Legendary German Shepherd’s when we were trying to find a reputable breeder. The communication, information and support that we received from Dawn was exceptional. She was happy to answer any and all our questions. We have been so blessed with our boy who turned 4 this last March. If you’re looking for a great breeder who loves and care for the health and well being of their animals Menard’s is definitely the way to go.

Absolutely the best German Shepherds! Our Leo is now 6. On Day one (8 weeks) we taught him to fetch the paper. He was potty trained and crate trained after one week. His temperament is mellow but strong. He's the best Shepherd we've ever owned...he's out 5th. Working with Dawn was simple and I trusted her knowledge. We went on vacation after 3 weeks and she took Leo into her home. I highly recommend Menards Shepherds!

We got our best boy from Menards Legendary German Shepherds 5 years ago. We really enjoyed working with Dawn. Not only was the process very smooth, she was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips for raising our puppy. We still keep in touch today if we have any questions or just want to share a picture of our Odin. We would highly recommend Legendary German Shepherds, we will go to Dawn if we are looking for another German Shepherd to add to our family in the future!

We absolutely love our Pharaoh! Menards Legendary German Shepherds are all well cared for, great temperaments, obedient, and pass all the extensive health tests. I would definitely purchase another Large Old Fashioned German Shepherd from Dawn as she guarantees health and our now 3 year old pup is just the sweetest and smartest dog you'll meet. If you have the chance to pick your pup up in person you can see that all her dogs are loved and well cared for and you'll be tempted to take them all home but she won't let you lol. Her application process also helps to make sure you are getting the right pup for your life style, if you need a dog more high or low energy she can help you make the right choice. Own two shepherds from Dawn Menard. Our Mac is 2yrs old and was so happy with him we purchased another puppy (Sadie Ray) in Dec. We highly recommend Menards Legendary Shepherds! Dawn is a wonderful breeder and such a sweet person. Her dogs are truly amazing!!! She puts lots of time and effort into her dogs!
