Awful management. I got a mower 5 days ago and it’s faulty. The returns ladies were very nice but frustrated because the managers refused to come and help. When one eventually came up he was clearly not interested in helping. Some manager named Brent clearly said “I’m not interested in helping him” and I was sent to the manufacturers for assistance. I was told the first time I brought the mower in that all I had to do was empty the fuel and they’d return it for a new one. Not helpful, rude, and lazy management.
