Disappointed in the service received today at this location in the paint department. I had a picture of a paint lid with numbers etc and asked about getting the same color. The lady was not kind and seemed unknowledgeable on how to do this and couldn't make it. After this I drove out to the Elkhorn location and was helped easily in making this color and given extra advice on another project I had. Customer service and training in a department definitely makes all the difference to guest coming in.

Horrible company with cheap trash materials and tools. The Walmart of home repair. Go anywhere else. Id rather use fisher price tools.

Went to the menards on a 120th and dodge street. Went there to get 2 pin oak trees. And some steaks and bungee cords and trunk protectors. 1 the doors to the out door center was closed so had to walk further. Its not so easy being handicapped. Put a sighn on the door. Stating entrance closed. 2 there was several employees watering plants etc. Talking to one another. No help what so ever. 3 someone took rope and wrapped it around every tree there and tied it in a not.
