aly is EXTREMELY rude, i literally left the building in tears, she seems like she absolutely hates her job & couldn’t be more miserable, you guys need to reevaluate who you’re hiring & letting see your patients, my mom has also had a bad interaction w aly as well, this was the worst urgent care visit ive ever had
