Great staff, easy to check in/out. Felt as though we were in good hands. Will return here if we need to be seen again (hoping that doesn't happen of course!) Just is great to know they'll be here for us!

I cut my fingertip off and was seen right away on a Friday night. In, treated and out in less than an hour. Friendly staff who kindly accommodated all my specific needs. It was a rare healthcare experience for things to just be quick and easy.

Showed up 15-20 min prior to posted closing time as this was the soonest I could get off work and I could see the staff behind the counter, however the doors were locked and the refused to let me in. As I am trying this the website still claims they are open for business.

Extremely rude staff. Came in without symptoms to care for my spouse. Asked if they wanted me to wear one and they didn't respond. Then harassed my spouse about it throughout appointment. Absolutely awful, I even put on a mask but it seems the only option for me to wait in the car.

Great experience - even though they were busy and had about an hour and a half wait for urgent care. X-rays were pretty quickly taken and they found me an appointment with an orthopedist the next day.

Please be advised that this does not bill as an urgent care but bills as a regular doctors office visit. My insurance has a $50 co-pay for urgent care visits and I went on the weekend to their urgent care. After talking to my insurance company and the billing department for Methodist they refuse to code this as an urgent care visit because it is not a freestanding urgent care (even though it is advertised as an urgent care). I now have to pay $160 for the visit. My daughter also received a prescription medication but it didn't work, so I also question what I paid for exactly and if she was diagnosed correctly.

A very poor experience recently. I brought my son in after he broke his big toe. The staff at the reception desk were made aware of his toe pain. They struggled with the computer system for about 20 minutes, with my son standing there providing responses to the same questions multiple times. I decided to get him a wheel chair myself, but the one I went to get by the front door had a sign stating DO NOT USE and it appeared broken. I pulled over a chair and the process was completed 10 minutes later. Not what I consider Urgent Care. Once we got into the exam room things moved along a little better, but we left with no paperwork. A pain med was supposed to be prescribed, but it did not make it to my pharmacy. I tried calling @ 4:45 pm to confirm the prescription was sent, and the recorded voice stated that they close at 5:00pm. Google shows they are open until 10:00 pm.So in summary a very poor experience.

I went to for the first time on Thursday, August 18th. I was apprehensive to go, I was scared and embarrassed with what I was going through. I saw I believe a nurse practitioner named Troy. He was kind, compassionate and was patient with all the questions me and my husband had. He prescribed me a medication that got me back on my feet and headed towards recovery until I could see my Dr.

Went in for what I thought was strep. Had a strep test done at 11am, got more info about the test the following day at 7:30pm after calling multiple times! They finally said no strep… so I said, okay, what is the doctor thinking it is then? “Umm not sure she didn’t say” This is weird! Patients, I think, would like to know what exactly is making them feel so absolutely miserable. I won’t come back to this place unless I have to.

This place is anything but urgent! Very rude staff, not even slightly kind. Waited for 40 mins to be seen before we left and went somewhere else. Do not come here, go to the OrthoNE urgent care instead, they actually care and are very nice. This place needs to be shut down, and staff needs to work on being kind to those who are in pain & need urgent care!!!

My son had fantastic care when no one else would see him in my local area! We drove, parked and called and a nurse came and got us. Took us both into a room and found out my son had a sinus infection as I thought. I will be taking him there again when needed.

One star because no stars is not an option. This clinic does not care about their patients, they only care about money and will code accordingly. I hope you don't need prescriptions because they will not refill them when you need them, write them incorrectly and when you call they blow you off for days. Terrible care. Do not go here!

I attended in early May 2021 for what I hoped was only a sinus infection. I was carefully lead through a door with masked and gloved personnel. Once in the exam room I received immediate care from a nurse practitioner. Her questions were thorough and provided adequate care to help resolve my nasal infection in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the visit and should I need their services again I plan on returning.

We have gone to doctors here for years, and all in all the regular doctors are very good. My husband was having severe abdominal pain and could not get into his normal Primary Care. We came here to the same clinic to use the Urgent care side. We checked in and clearly stated what issues he was having and needed care for. The front desk staff of about 5 were not very busy and often chit chatting and on their personal phones. The lobby only had 2 people in it. After sitting for about 40 min I asked when he might be seen as he was clearly in pain. One lady got up to go and check for us. She came back and said that the Urgent care side was very behind and the front desk staff has no way of knowing this. Furthermore, the clinic was about to start a covid testing station for the public in another area of the clinic and ALL urgent care personnel will leave to attend this, and it would be another one to one and a half hours to wait. They then suggested I take my husband across town to the Aksarben Urgent care where they could attest there was no current wait. I drove him another 30 min over there to be told that they had no xray machines and had no way of assessing my husbands issues. It was then suggested I take him to 190th and dodge, another 30 min in the opposite direction. While I fully understand the front desk staff are not medical personnel, I do expect them to make informed suggestions. If they can not, a medical person should be consulted before sending a patient clearly in pain half way across the city. They should also have the ability to manage a wait list for their building and make sure a patient is seen in a timely manner. Just checking someone in then sitting on facebook for 30 minutes is not good medical care. From the time any person steps foot in the front door, everyone is responsible for their timely care.
