By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was helping a friend replace some door speakers and suggested using this company because I've used them off and on for over 20 years. Well a lot has changed it seems, first they send them off with speakers way too big to fit in the door so I call them and they tell me I have to fabricate a ring to make the speakers fit. All we wanted to do was replace the speakers not jam a speaker way too big into the door. I don't know who I was talking to the first time because he refused to give his name, told me they could install them and it would take 2 hours for two door speakers I said no to install and he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to John and he had no problem helped us out by giving us the correct speakers that fit and it only took me 45 minutes to install. After today I will never suggest anyone to go there in fact I will tell people to stay away far far away.

Long story short, they need to work on their time management and after spending thousands of dollars, my stuff is still not set up correctly and I have to go elsewhere and spend more money to have it done. My frustration stops me from going back.

MetroAD installed a drone remote starter last winter and it worked great for a season. Come this winter it wouldn’t work. I called Ray to see if he could help troubleshoot (I moved out of state a few months ago) but he was not help; he literally said he doesn’t even know where the tech would have installed the module. The best he could do was tell me to take it to Best Buy to have them look at it. The techs at Best Buy said it was installed and wired in a way that makes it impossible to work on without damaging the wiring. Not sure what it’s going to cost to repair/replace it. Real bummer man.

Run from this terrible, corrupt business. My sister had made an appointment to have a remote starter installed. She called back the same day to cancel because there are far better deals out there. The incredibly rude man tried to bully her into not canceling. Since she insisted on canceling, he told her he was charging her 748.00 regardless of if she keeps her appointment or not. How in the actual f@&k can he feel good about himself when he charged her 748.00 for doing nothing!!!!!! We're working on getting the funds returned but want to warn everyone that this company is corrupt, mean, and deceitful. RUN

OMG, Let's start with courtesy. We are an 85year old couple just reeling from a 2month stint of medical mishaps.Stress wouldn't begin to cover it. We had a screaming car alarm, evidently installed incorrectly by someone else, causing havoc. This company, dealing with expensive delicate technical expensive car systems treated my problem no less serious than others.I got the same expert service, fair price and all was professionally accomplished. If my case was handled as such I have no doubt this should be the place to go. They even reinstalled the battery & charged it. You seldom find this type of exemplory service anymore.

Ray sells me two 15s without the box they come like is these new or not I don’t want use speakers so one of the speakers was bad and he knew it and didn’t wanna give me a new or trade them back in this place use to be good now they just trash can’t even stand behind ur product when u knew the speakers you sold me Wer bad had them check speaker lied said it was fine had another place check it said coil was bad took it back to them still no refund nothing now it’s a year still nothing like Wer is the customer service or owner at damn

Really pleased with my stereo installation. Ray & staff were very professional, demonstrated several of the systems they have on display, gave me a quote and recommendations for a few future stereo upgrades I plan to do. Walked me through my new stereo. Quality work, fair price. 10/10 would recommend

I brought in my system that another large name place in omaha installed after it started having issues. When I took it to the original installer they basically told me to go away and it was something I did, then tried to sell me a new system. I brought it to metro on a refferal from a friend because I knew I hadnt messed with anything. I was about to just yank my subs out and sell them off at this point. Then I met Ray at the counter and he put my mind at ease. After a quick inspection they pointed out that the previous installer never actually bolted my amp, controller or anything else down. It had just been sliding around and the wires were loose or had fallen out. On top of that they grounded the system to my aluminum body. Every staff person I talked to was helpful, I was in and out for a price that was half what I had planned on spending. They were real with me, found and showed me the issues. One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. I had a great experience and will send referals.

If you are infatuated with alpine ray is your boy and the best company man but if yo know what you are talking about he crashes out he will get big mad #hoperaylisten #pleasehelphim And what they tried to charge me $2100 I got fix at the bmw shop for $600. Do better.

I went in for a stereo install on my jeep wrangler and they messed up my dash wiring so that my dash lights and parking lights arnt turning on. I called them and they seemed disinterested almost to the point like i thought it was my fault. Never going back even though i still need amps and speakers.

I wanted a new stereo for my Mustang. I shopped around. Ray took the time to find out what I wanted and didn't try to convince me that I needed what they wanted to sell. Ray actually knows what customer service is and took the time to find out what I wanted and then gave me options. My new Alpine stereo looks like it is from the factory. It looks fantastic. Ray is awesome.They are also dig friendly.

Brought my subaru crosstrek in to get a new sub woofer, they were very knowledgeable and wasn't trying to sell me thongs I didn't need unlike some place which I won't name, but it was done fast and professionally and after a week it's perfect, definitely will go back again.
