Horrible,
I have been to this store 4 different times just to cancel my current metro pcs policy since my phone was lost and customer service couldn’t help me. The store is never open at the posted times. They close and open up the store anytime at their own convenience and it’s never at the correct time. The only staff in the store is not trained and doesn’t have support from his manager. He couldn’t even give the agent on the phone the store access code or dealer code to assist me. Worst experience ever.

Every phone I buy here breaks.. I just bought a phone for the 2nd time this month. The lady told me to grab the case with revvl 6 on it. I put on the screen protector and she than tells me "I needed the pro".. and than she tells me I grabbed the wrong one and can't return it. I hate metro PCs, last phone they sold me before this didn't even have a screen protector and they didn't tell me until after I already paid for the phone. The time before that happened 2 phones before I bought a phone and it's audio was broken and they told me the insurance didn't cover it. The only good phone I had there was a 4k phone and it just randomly died a little over a year of having it.
