I normally have a great experience but today came around 3:30 when google said they were open until 5. When we arrived there’s a sign on the door that says “be back in 30min” we waited until 4:30 and nobody showed up. Sunday is my only day off and only day to handle things so I’m quite annoyed that I drove all the way down here and wasn’t able to get any help.

Joe stayed late to make sure my number transferred and he even got all my contacts and photos moved to my new phone. I also got the best deal with a free phone and a watch to come with it. I was even able to get my home Internet through metro and now I'll save 20 a month on my home Internet! I strongly recommend this store!! 10/10 service!

I have been a Metro PCS customer for almost 10 years. My husband and I went to this store, and the lady helping us made up so many lies. She lied about prices, services, telling us she could not do certain things. We went home and called corporate to find out everything we asked for could be done no problem. Also that everything she tried to tell us, and charge us was not accurate. I have never had a bad experience with metro or any stores until we came here. We felt taken advantage of in this situation. Very unfortunate, and absolutely do not recommend this store!
