I went to the store to buy the S23fe, which was advertised at a promotional price of $49.99. However, when I arrived, they insisted to buy it as part of a bundle including a case, charger, and other accessories, totaling $150. Despite declining the additional items, they refused to sell me the device separately and they are saying taxes costs $50 where phone is costing $50

Joe, the area manager, and his associate were top notch. Joe is one of the best out there and the most competent of people I have dealt with in this industry. He knows phones, the industry, how they are built, specs, etc. He was knowledgeable, helpful and had great customer service skills. Easy to talk to and work with also. I don't know my more people don't go the prepaid route? You get basically the exact same service as the big names but have no contract or commitment tied to the phone service. And their rates and prices are usually half the other guys. Thanks, Joe!

Purchased a phone and case on 03/16/2021. Went to return the case today and was told that I couldn't return it because the customer HAS to purchase the case in order to purchase phone since it is in high demand! I wasn't informed that the case was non refundable not does it state that on the receipt. Called customer and they couldn't assist either. HORRIBLE policy and customer service. Not only was I going to purchase the phone without the case, the case was offered to me after I mentioned getting one. I will before returning the phone, phone case and porting my number to a different carrier.

I was initially happy with this location dealing with I don't remember their names - a middle eastern gentleman and a younger white female. They always helpful when I initially signed up and came. Today KYLE was extremely rude and unwilling to help with my account. He went so far to tell me to call corporate with the issue that was clearly on them. I call corporate and they tell me it needs to be refunded at store level. Classic fingerpointing. I'd recommend you point yourself to another T Mobile store or carrier if Kyle is working.
