MHC as a whole is terrible! Service department has had me stuck here for 4 days on a simple alternator, pulley, and a belt. They didn’t order all the parts till the second day I was here sleeping In their parking lot. Today they got all the correct parts, and a simple 30min job has taken them all day to get out on. Then when they are just waiting to finish up paperwork the tech decides to go to lunch for an hour. If I could give negative stars I would give them a negative 10. Kenworth use to be on of the top leaders in the industry, now they are just garbage like the rest of them. My company bought a brand new 680 and it’s in the shop more than it’s on the road….leaks water inside every time it rains, pulls to the right since day one, injector issues, the list goes on and on. Lesson today, don’t waste your money on anything that comes out of MHC

MHC has ALWAYS had the parts that I'm looking for. They take the extra effort to assist even if you're not driving a KW. And they don't run Banker hours like most Peterbilt shops. MHC will ALWAYS get my business even if I have to go out of my way to get to them.

Unless you truly enjoy being lied to, do not take your truck there! 8 days and counting:Day 1 - we are 2 days outDay 2 - your truck was not checked in (not true)Day 3 - we are ordering filters (interesting)Day 4 - waiting to be put in shopDay 5 - we lost the keys and waiting on a new one to be cut (first time I hear something like this from a shop)Day 6 - your truck is highest priority according to the service manager (it doesn't matter)Day 7 - we checked the truck and is not gelled up (not sure why they did that)Day 8 - we are 2 weeks outI wonder what will be tomorrow.

These people are A-ONE...from the receptionist to everyone i interacted with.They were really polite,courteous and professional.The mobile repair man had me up and running in no time.I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

I brought my truck to The Body Shop. And I had superior and I mean superior customer service and the best experience I've had at anybody shop across America. Keith is the man that I dealt with. And he is just the greatest. I can commend him anymore. Then he is the greatest. If I ever need anything done with body word on my truck? I don't care what it is. I don't care where it happens. This is where I'm bringing my truck. If there was a ten star I would give him a ten star

All staff here were very personable and worked hard to get my difficult issue handled as quickly as possible. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and they went above and beyond to keep my fridge running so I didn't lose my food. Thanks y'all! I appreciate ya!

Really bad service charged me $1300.00 for diagnost they told me that driver opened the truck door thts y computer failed the update when we asked other kenworth dealers they said it’s impossible. They really charging alot for hard working people like us. Hope they are ashamed of this.

This is the laziest and worst dealer I have ever been to. Mechanics half as put stuff back together to the point I’ve had parts falling off or just defective work period.

Went there right after normal business hours and didn't get in until 7am next morning but they were busy. Once truck was in they had it diagnosed,repaired and out the door in 3 hours. Was pleased with the quality of work and would of gave 5 stars but the ATTITUDE sucked around that place.
