HORRIBLE SERVICE. They charged me 10 dollar to fill one midsize helium balloon and 10 more for 3 other small ones. He took 20 mins to fill 4 balloons, didn’t tie them properly and one flew away as soon as we exited the store. Never coming back here. Pathetic.

Worst Michaels in Omaha. Rude employee just stares at me, never saying a word, when checking me out. I am in there almost every weekend. Sad to see this once customer friendly store sink so low.

Tried asking Crystal about a paint product bust she refused to help saying we just stock shelves and cashier..never had such an unhelpful experience at a Michaels and she said she has worked there for two years

While I don’t purchase anything this time, Michaels is my favorite crafty store. They have great sales and everyone is always helpful and kind.

I had a horrible experience at this Michaels. I love this store so it’s sad. I went in with a friend and she was treated very poorly by the cashier named page. She was rolling her eye and was so annoyed while my friend was trying to be nice and positive. Worst customer service. I went to the other cashier who was so sweet and I felt like she cared about the customers. Her name was Hayden. When we left it left a horrible experience so we decided to call the manager Beth who didn’t want to hear our experience with the rude and obscene cashier.

I like their paints and canvases when they're on sale. I don't like the fact that it's nearly impossible to get any assistance finding things. Good luck if you're in a hurry because most of the time, you have to wait in line for a cashier.

I was just at Michael’s, and I had ordered an ornament and a candle. They put the ornament in the same bag as a The Heavy candle, and when they brought it to my car, the ornament was broke. I called and told them the ornament was broke, and they basically said that there isn’t anything that they could do because I took possession of the broken ornament Unless I come into the store. That was all fine, but it was the way that she spoke to me, her rude manner and her tone that is what upset me the most I can deal with a broken ornament. I can’t deal with rude people.
