The hair they sell behind the counter is not human hair its synthetic. I paid $220 dollars for synthetic hair that has real bad split ins.

Stop putting the security stickers on your makeup if it does not have plastic wrapping under neath it. I had to purchase the same item twice trying to get off almost impossible adhesive and nobody wants to pull out their lip gloss with a huge sticker tag on it. This sticker ruins the product packaging! I’ve tried goo gone and now the second time boiling it in hot water and using an air dryer. It is ridiculous. All because I loved the color.
