I am so disappointed from Midas and sick to my stomach I been going there for long time and I spent a lot of money for good service but now I will never go back 2 weeks ago I took my car to change front breaks rotors and oil change and they told me need it something else I took there words and fix everything because I trust them next day I found out my handicap son air pods were missing I called them they checked for me and they told me they couldn’t find them after week I started noticing oil leak spots under my car and my car never leaked before I went back to Midas to check on the leak the supervisor told me the oil is leaking behind the coil and to reach it they have to take the engine and is going to cost lots lots of money then the same guy came back and told me we find the problem the leak is coming from the filter cap and is going to cost $3200 and is not worth it to fix it
I am so disappointed my car never leaked oil before till Midas changed the oil and I am sure the technician who worked on my car he took my handicap son air pods and damaged the oil filter cap

PREDATORY BUSINESS: If my car broke down in their parking lot, I would put it in neutral and push it anywhere else. They sold me a battery I didn't need, didn't give a discount, and kept the old (still working) battery. Not only am I in disbelief in their employee Rich, who is a long-term employee, but I am disgusted at how this shop preys on those who dont know better. The techs are very nice, though.

Liars and scammers be careful to get a second opinion and they will purposely leave something unplugged or something that will make you have to come back to pay more it’s never completely fixed with them because they want you to come back and spend more money. Scammers ….

Always a satisfactory outcome at this Midas. Highly recommend this place for repairs, especially for people new to the area. It's tough to find a trustworthy repair shop but these guys always go above and beyond. Just got my car back yesterday and Joey took the time to show me the parts that failed and why. Shay and Rich do a great job handling the scheduling and don't try to upsell you on unneeded repairs. The guys in the shop have always done great work over the last twenty years and I've never had to return to have a job redone. Always done right the first time. That men had me on hold for 10 Min I decided to hang up and called the same person answer the phone I said you could get back on the phone to say mamm, I'm still here give me a min!!! Meanwhile wanted to get a tune up for a client for 2004 Chevy trailblazer 400.00 dollars just to change spark plugs Yea Right this place is a joke. please do not trust the Midas touch!!
