Very disappointed in this place and plus the matt guy the way he was looking at me and the other black guy I knew he wasn't going to approve us but he approved the white guy don't no black people work in this place at all

I use Midwest for my small business and I have referred them to many friends in the biz because I truly enjoy working with them. The site is easy to navigate and the customer service is always willing to answer via email or phone call. I also like the convenience of ordering a shipping label with the samples I send. Paying via website is also made easy as well. 10/10 do recommend! Also, I receive my lab results within a reasonable time frame.

With all of the struggles and unknowns in supply chain operations, Midwest Labs has remained a consistent and reliable partner and is one thing we know that we don't have to worry about when commercializing a project for our clients, Our operations executives have benefited greatly from the great service and technical leadership from Kailey and Jordan for our COA's, Micro Tests, and Shelf Life Testing procedures. We have been working with Midwest Labs since 2018 with no plans to stop anytime soon - I would recommend anyone in the packaged food and beverage business to partner with Midwest Labs for their Lab Services needs!
