Was reluctant to come into the Mini Service center based on passed experience at other brands under same ownership. Put those aside and told myself this is a different brand and its at the "ONYX" facility so it should have better customer service right. Wrong, wanted to ask a question that would determine weather or not it was worth bringing in a car that is valued at a few thousand dollars. Was immediately shut down, and was told they would need my car here so they could charge me an outrageous diagnostic fee for a 5min conversation. Just another typical H&H brand they are trying to disguise as a higher standard in my opinion.

I own an 04 mini cooper, the ecm has a problem with the chip that signals the fuel injectors, mini of omaha told me bring the original and a replacement computer to be cloned, when I got there the service manager told me they needed the car there. The mini has a dead cylinder, so I am supposed to drive it 60 miles running on 3 cylinders, I dont think so, so I shipped the computer for repair

Hands down the greatest! This is the 2nd car we've purchased from Onyx in 2 years. We've had nothing but the greatest service anytime we walk in those doors. Roxy is absolutely the sweetest! We had our little guy with us and knew that we didn't want to spend hours going back and forth. We told her what we wanted, and how much we wanted to spend. Roxy was able to take care of us in under an hour and got us exactly what we wanted! Not only is she soo sweet, she is very knowledgeable as well! We couldn't be happier with our new car and to continue to be apart of the Onyx family! Thanks again, Roxy I'm grateful for you!

I feel like I really lucked out getting Dean Johnson as my client advisor in the purchase of my car. It was feeling very anxious buying a car sight unseen, but Dean was able to help me through that. He provided me with videos of the cars interior and exterior, reported his findings after a test drive, answered all of my many questions and at the end of the process I felt good about my purchase. He represented Onyx in such a positive light. I will definitely refer friends and family to their site in the future.

I saw a car online and called Mini of Omaha about it. I was so fortunate to get Dean Johnson on the cold call. He was quite informative about the car, being a Mini owner himself. After a few phone calls of negotiating we settled on a deal. He easily helped work through a little title hiccup. A few days later we drove to Omaha to pickup the car. It was spotless and ready to go as promised. We did all the paperwork and out the door in less than 2 hours. Dean and the dealership were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything and to make sure all our questions were answered. All in all, a very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend asking for Dean Johnson if you want to buy a new Mini.

Worst place to buy a vehicle! I've bought multiple vehicles from Onyx. Unfortunately Onyx lets their greed take top priority. They will charge above sticker for their cars and tell you it's for the "extras" you are getting. They make you buy the ceramic coating which they charge $6150 and you can get done for under $1000. They charge you $4350 for the chip guard which is $500 if you go and get it done yourself. Then they tint the front two windows and charge you $500 which once again you can get done for a fraction of the cost. These are not optional items, you have to pay for these if you want the car. They also make you pay $2995 for a carwash and maintenance package. When I bought my car they told me every Land Rover dealer would only be receiving one because it was an anniversary edition. I bought the car because I like to have rare/different things. When I walked in the dealership a couple weeks ago I saw another one sitting on the showroom floor. Now I'm being told every dealer will be receiving two of them. It's a shame when a dealer has to lie to you to sell a car. So once I found out there wasn't going to be only one per dealer I started looking around to trade it. I went to another H&H store because I've thought I'd have the best luck with that since they own Onyx. When they submitted the car in for a trade number Onyx came back $25,000 less than what I paid 2 months ago while in the mean time they are still asking 11k over for the ones in their showroom. I would recommend calling other Land Rover dealers. You ARE able to buy Land Rovers out of state and there are dealers that do sell at MSRP. Stay clear of Onyx and the H&H group.

Extremely poor customer service. Walked it to see about test driving one of there vehicles, at least 2 employees walked by without even saying hi, let alone "someone will be right with you". Waited in front for 5 minutes and no one helped us. Definitely didn't want our money.

Big thanks to Jason, Sam, and the folks at MINI of Omaha. After resigning myself to a long wait to get the MINI I wanted via factory order back during the car drought, it turns out that MINI had already made nearly the exact car I had ordered, and shipped it to another location, saving months of waiting. I really appreciate their commitment to the customer.

Fantastic service and customer care, Dean in Sales is excellent. He is very knowledgeable, and acts as a person, not a robot. We have used Onyx for 2 vehicles so far, and will continue to use them for Mini vehicles in the future.

Mr. Trinh was super respectful and refreshing.My significant other and I have gone to so many dealerships recently and not a single one of them treated me the way Jason did.He asked us both questions. He spoke to both of us.Being a woman and going to look at vehicles with a man usually means the woman is ignored.It’s something that should be a standard everywhere and Jason helped me see that is at Mini.
