I scheduled an appointment and there was a delay, but it's not the nurse's fault. Definitely should hire more and keep your nurses/employees less stressed!!The nurse I saw was incredibly sweet and so wonderful. I wish all medical employees were sweet as her. She listened to me and my concerns, and did a test. I wish I remembered her name. So sweet, patient, and wonderful!! I'll be back for any minor symptoms i may be experiencing in the future - her service is to come back for!!

I happened to be in the store to pickup some throat lozenges, but the kind woman in the Minute Clinic was kind enough to see me right away. She had a fantastic demeanor and got everything done amazingly quickly. Within 1/2 an hour I had a diagnosis and Rx. It could not have gone any better.

I wish I could remember the name of the nurse practitioner who examined me, she was the only nurse working at 4pm on December 14, 2023- such an incredibly caring, sympathetic, hardworking, efficient & practical person!! I was totally impressed & she was truly kind. She deserves recognition, please figure out who this nurse was & reward her great work! do whatever it takes to keep her around!

It’s experiences like the one I had today that remind me why people fall through the cracks all the time in the healthcare system. The older nurse and the NP Morgan Corbett were both quite incompetent. I went in for a simple blood draw for a hepatitis B titer and the nurse had no clue what she was doing . She didn’t know how to appropriately place the tourniquet on my arm and her IV skills were extremely poor . She essentially was poking into nothing both times she attempted to get a blood draw . They eventually ended up sending me to lab quest where I am now stuck in a waiting room until they can squeeze me in since I don’t have an appointment here all because they couldn’t do their job at CVS . Don’t come here unless it’s for a shot because that’s about all they know how to do .

One of the nurses working, was extremely rude to me. And then proceeded to be very confrontational, as I attempted to leave the store. Go to Think off center on the 2nd floor. Amazing staff!

Was 10 minutes late due to road construction and sent away without help. And the place was totally empty. The chubby nurse closed her office door and had another doughnut I guess.

I’m a fan and longtime CVS pharmacy customer, but my experience with their MinuteClinic was nothing but disappointment. I’m fortunate to have never, ever had to rely on urgent care services before, but should it happen again, I won’t be returning to CVS. And I’ll actively steer people away should someone ask my opinion.I attempted to see a clinician both virtually and in-person on the same day, and neither effort was successful. The entire experience was marked by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and an inability to maintain any kind of standards or rigor. My takeaway was really nothing but frustration, and continued exasperation at the state of service and healthcare in the U.S.

The nurse put incorrect vitals and incorrect information about myself. She also told the nurse practitioner that my pain score was lower than what I told her. Stated I didn’t need a covid test as I got one yesterday, and they still tested me for covid. Wasted my time and money for a test I said would be negative(and it was negative). The Nurse Practitioner wasn’t any better, she rushed through and when she went to listen to my lungs, she said they were clear as I was literally coughing up green phlegm. When she asked who I work around, she looked at me like I was stupid when I explained I worked around animals and humans. The nurse practitioner saw me for all of 5 minutes when I was there FOR OVER AN HOUR on my lunch break Just to be told to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Please mind you, I’ve been taking these for going on day 3 now, and came in because I’m not getting any better. This place is an actual joke.

It would be a cool concept if they staffed it. Waited for over an hour and a half past the appointment time just to have an arm "read" after a TB test. It doesn't seem to matter if you make an appointment or walk in. The people are nice but only having one person working is stupid. Won't be back

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had! I had an appointment at 12:50 I checked in a 12:40 and I’ve been here since then waiting with ONE dr here this whole time!? Like fix your schedules or add staff . Then there is this lady who’s been sitting here doing nothing since 1pm and it’s 2 now.

For the 3rd or 4th time in the 5 months since I visited, I have been on the phone for 40 minutes because CVS Minute Clinic keeps sending me a bill that my insurance company said I didn’t owe any money for. I even 3 way called my insurance company and CVS the last time, and they confirmed with each other-no money owed, and then 2 months later-another bill. This is ridiculous, such a waste of my time. Go somewhere else.

Minute clinic? More like millennium clinic. I waited for over an hour after my scheduled appointment and never saw the doctor. There was only one person in front of me and they were still waiting when I left, and the clinic was about to close for lunch. Not convinced there was even a doctor there, and no one gave us any sort of communication about what was going on.

Got a covid test here. Results took too long so I came back for a rapid test and the nurse, Faith Thorpe, sent me away without a test cause she couldn't figure out how to use the computer. Very rude and I still don't have covid results. This seems like a public health failure.

Someone needs update policy and procedures. To have someone be turned away from receiving service due to not having an appointment, however being advertised as acceptance of walk in service shows lack of integrity and concern for treatment of the community. To have a 30 minute grace for someone to arrive for their scheduled appointment, who is late may not show at all, while you have a patient seeking treatment for billable service is financial neglect and refusal of treatment to the patient.

The NP, September was the best! She was great with my teen and was very pleasant. She explained everything and made sure we were all on the same page for my daughter’s RX. Will definitely come back to see her again!!
